Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage (referred to as ACCRM), will give ACE Club members the opportunity to receive Free Slot Play rewards by earning slot points in order to play the “Showcase Showdown Powerspin” bonus games on Mondays from April 21 to May 26, 2025 at eligible slot machines at ACCRM. ACE Club members will be notified of this promotion via Direct Marketing offers, e-blast, and property collateral. 

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

·      Every Monday from 10:00AM to 11:00PM each promotional day, ACE Club members (hereinafter referred to as “members”) can activate the “Showcase Showdown Powerspin” at eligible slot machines, and as they play towards slot point thresholds, they shall reach the various bonus game stages. 

·      The “Showcase Showdown Powerspin” promotion will give ACE Club members the opportunity to earn Free Slot Play rewards. 

·      When members reach their first slot point threshold, the “Showcase Showdown Powerspin” bonus game will trigger, prompting members to spin a virtual wheel, which will randomly award Free Slot Play. A maximum of two (2) spins per bonus game. If $1.00 is achieved with their two (2) spins, they will receive the highest amount within that prize tier, as the Member is attempting to get closest to $1.00 without going over. 

·      Members have the opportunity to continue earning additional Free Slot Play as they earn more slot points, progressing from one slot point threshold to the next. 

o   Members can track their advancement on the progress bar that will display on their slot machine. 

·      Free Slot Play will be awarded at random. 

·      Messages will display at the slot machines as members play and earn more slot points, encouraging them to play to the next slot point threshold. 

·      In order to participate, ACE Club Members must properly insert their ACE Club Card at any eligible slot machine while they actively play. Members can earn slot points at eligible slot machines to reach the various slot point thresholds in the game. 

·      Members will have the opportunity to earn up to five (5) Free Slot Play rewards per promotional day based on the slot point threshold for each ACE Club Card level.  Wide Area Progressive slot machines, video poker, and slot machines that have Free Slot Play disabled are excluded from this promotion.

Please note: 

·      Various slot machines will be excluded from the promotion. Members are encouraged to visit the ACCRM ACE Club to receive more information on which slot machines are not eligible.

·      Members must be actively playing with their ACE Club Card properly inserted into an eligible slot machine.

POINT EARNING STRUCTURE:

·      Members will be required to earn up to one (1) or more of the slot point thresholds listed below in order to trigger the “Showcase Showdown Powerspin” bonus game. All slot points during the promotion are cumulative per promotional day.

The Following Rules Apply to Showcase Showdown Powerspin:

1.     The Showcase Showdown Powerspin is a bonus game feature of IGT’s Random Riches program.

2.     Wide Area Progressive slot machines and slot machines that have Free Slot Play disabled are excluded from this promotion. 

3.     In order to participate, the ACE Club members card must be properly inserted at a slot machine while they actively play. ACE Club members can earn points at eligible slot machines to reach the various point thresholds in the game. ACE Club members can earn the specified number of points at ACCRM.

4.  Members will have the opportunity to earn up to five (5) Free Slot Play rewards per promotional day. Once a member has reached the final reward at the maximum number of points specified for their respective Group (see breakdown above), their participation in the “Showcase Showdown Powerspin” will conclude for that promotional day. There will be no additional rewards issued via the “Showcase Showdown Powerspin” bonus game to a member after they’ve reached the fifth and final reward.  

5.     Each ACE Club Member can play up to five (5) ACE Club Card sessions at a time in order to earn slot points towards the Showcase Showdown Powerspin however, the Showcase Showdown Powerspin will only trigger on (1) one slot machine at a time. Each level of reward will only be awarded once to every ACE Club Member. 

6.     In the event a member has their ACE Club Card inserted and is actively playing at a slot machine at the time that the promotional time frame begins, the member must remove their ACE Club Card from the slot machine and re-insert the card to start earning slot points towards the “Showcase Showdown Powerspin”. Prior to the beginning of promotional time frame and up to fifteen (15) minutes after, announcements will be made to notify members to either remove their ACE Club Card from the slot machine and re-insert their card into the slot machine to begin their point earning.

7.     Every $10 dollars played on slot machines equals three (3) points. 

8.     Once the promotional time frame & promotional day have concluded, the final slot point earning quantity the member has reached does not roll over to the next promotional day. Each promotional day, members will start at a zero (0) sum of slot points in the “Showcase Showdown Powerspin” bonus games, and must accumulate new slot points each day in order to reach the specified rewards thresholds. 

9.     Members are advised to not complete a point conversion to Free Slot Play during the promotional period as it would decrease the quantity of eligible slot points that is being considered in the “Showcase Showdown Powerspin” bonus games. 

GENERAL RULES:

1.     Must be 21 years or older to participate.

2.     Must be an ACE Club member to participate.

3.     Restricted players are not eligible to participate.

4.     Employees of Agua Caliente Casinos, and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate. 

5.     Ace, Edge, or Elite Cards are the property of Agua Caliente Casinos. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club Brochure.

6.     Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from use of these offers.

7.     Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

8.     Direct Marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.

9.     Facsimiles or reproduction of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use. 

10.  The Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers. 

11.  The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

12.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.

13.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

14.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

15.  Free Slot Play reward will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:

a.     $1 – $100 – Expires after 24 hours

b.     $101 – $1,500 – Expires in 30 days

16.  In the event of a total system malfunction during a scheduled promotion, the promotion will be placed on hold until the system resumes normal operations. If the system does not resume activity within a three (3) hour time frame, the promotion will either be cancelled or postponed.

17.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion. 

18.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
