Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Fuel, Agua Caliente Palm Springs & Agua Caliente Cathedral City (referred to as ACCRM, ACF, ACCPS & ACCCC respectively in the promotional rules), otherwise known as Agua Caliente Casinos, will invite ACE Club members to participate in the Say Yes to the Yeti Kiosk Game by earning slot points and then redeeming them for a Free Slot Play offer and a chance to win A Yeti Cooler at the ACE Club Promotional Kiosk. This promotion will be valid from June 06 -29, 2023. Each property will host the Say Yes to The Yeti- Kiosk Game on a select day of the week. Players will be notified of this promotion via direct marketing offers, digital advertisement, e-blast, and property collateral.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:  

This promotion will be valid from June 6, 2023- June 29, 2023.
Overview: ACE Club members who earn slot points will be able to swipe at the ACE Club Promotional Kiosks to redeem for Free Slot Play offers and a chance to win a logoed Yeti Cooler (valued at $400-USD).

Slot Point Earning:

Slot point earning requirements for each promotional day are as follows:
First Kiosk Game Participation: Total of 100 slot points.
Second Kiosk Game Participation: Total of 300 slot points. 
Third Kiosk Game Participation: Total of 600 slot points and an opportunity to win a logoed Yeti Cooler.
Slot points may not be combined between the properties and must be earned on the same promotional day at the same Casino in which the player intends to participate/swipe at the kiosk, with the exception of Agua Caliente Fuel and Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage; Slot points earned in these locations may be combined and redeemed at either the Agua Caliente Fuel or Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage Kiosks.  
Slot point earning shall begin at 5:00AM and end at 7:59PM on each promotional day.
Players will have the opportunity to participate up to three (3) times at each Casino, on the promotional dates listed above.

Steps to Receive Free Slot Play and a chance to win a Yeti Cooler:

Players must properly “card-in” to a qualifying slot machine to begin earning slot points. (For more information on qualifying slot machines please visit the ACE Club).
Every $10 dollars played on slot machines equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals three (3) slot points. Rated table games play and live poker table play do not qualify for slot points. Slot points must be earned through slots or video poker only.
Free Slot Play offer will be redeemed at the ACE Club Promotional Kiosk.
Players must earn required slot points and redeem Free Slot Play offers at the property hosting the Say Yes to The Yeti Kiosk Game.
All Free Slot Play offers will have a set expiration date to correspond with the applicable dollar amount.
Players must earn a minimum of 600 same day slot points to be eligible to have a chance to win a logoed Yeti Cooler. 
One (1) logoed Yeti Cooler per promotional day, per property, will be awarded to one (1) winner who triggers the 600-point threshold. Once the logoed Yeti Cooler has been awarded, no additional coolers will be available for the remainder of the promotional day.
 

GENERAL RULES:

Must be at least 21 years or older to participate.

Must be an ACE Club member to participate.

Restricted players are not eligible to participate.

Restricted patrons are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued Gaming license are not eligible to participate.

ACE Club members may only redeem one (1) of each slot point earning threshold requirements per promotional day.

Limit Three (3) offers per person, per promotional day, beginning June 06, 2023 through June 29, 2023. Offers must be redeemed at the hosting property’s ACE Club Promotional Kiosk(s). Redeemable only at Agua Caliente Casinos.

ACE Club members must earn 600 same day slot points in order to be eligible to win a logoed Yeti Cooler. The logoed Yeti Cooler will be randomly awarded at the ACE Club Promotional Kiosk. Only one (1) Yeti Cooler winner will be awarded to one (1) winner, per property, per promotional day.

The logoed Yeti Cooler winner will be notified by a message displayed on the ACE Club Promotional Kiosk and will be instructed to claim their logoed Yeti Cooler at the ACE Club. ACE Club Promotional Kiosks located at Agua Caliente Fuel will instruct winners to claim their logoed Yeti Cooler at the Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage ACE Club. Yeti Cooler winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (if applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos, and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds the Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.
For each award or prize won, the authorized representative of the promotional event will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date and time of the promotion, winner’s name, winner’s ACE Club number, and the award or prize won.   The authorized representative of the promotional event shall sign the log with their name and gaming license number. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.

The Winner’s Release Form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) authorized representative of the promotional event, and one (1) additional signature for verification, completed by an authorized representative of the promotional event. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.
Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID, or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards.) Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize.
ACE Club Promotional Kiosks will be available for players use based upon the monthly marketing calendar.  
Ace, Edge and Elite cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures.

Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.

 Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.
Management reserves the right to black out holiday or special event periods. Black-out periods will be clearly stated on the direct marketing offers.
Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.

All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.

All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures. 

Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must be located within each Casino.

A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
Free Play prizes will have the following expiration from date of redemption based on the amounts below:
$1 – $100 – Expires after 24 hours
$101 – $1,500 – Expires in 30 days
The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
