Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs & Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (referred to as ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC respectively in the promotion rules), otherwise known as the Agua Caliente Casinos, will host the “$500,000 Rolex Sweepstakes” during the months of June 1-28, 2025 and August 1-30, 2025. ACE Club members shall have the opportunity to earn electronic drawing entries by playing with their ACE Club Card at their favorite slot machines or table games for a chance to win up to $1,200 Free Slot Play or Promotional Chips (hereinafter referred to as Non-Negotiable Chips or NNC) prizes weekly and/or the opportunity to win a Rolex Watch in the Grand Finale valued between $13,500 – $17,500 – USD. ACE Club members will be notified of this promotion via direct marketing offers, e-blast and property collateral.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: 

ACE Club members shall have the opportunity to earn electronic drawing entries for a chance to win up to $1,200 Free Slot Play or Promotional Chips and/or the opportunity to win a Rolex Watch in the “$500,000 Rolex Sweepstakes” Weekly Drawings with a game experience. ACE Club members must earn electronic drawing entries by playing on the Casino Floor at their favorite slot machines with their ACE Club Card properly inserted or by actively playing at a live table game with an open rating at any Agua Caliente Casino and AC Fuel (Slots only).

Electronic Drawing Entry Earning Slot Machines:

• Electronic drawing entry earning begins on Sunday, June 1, 2025 at 5:00AM and ends 10 minutes prior to the last drawing on Saturday, June 28, 2025 and again on Friday August 1, 2025 at 5:00AM and ends 10 minutes prior to the last drawing on Saturday, August 30, 2025.
• Entries earned in June will be cumulative for the June promotional period and will not expire until Saturday, June 28, 2025, after the last drawing is complete.

• Every ten (10) slot points earned = One (1) electronic drawing entry into all drawings for the promotion. 
• Every $10 dollars played on slot machines equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals three (3) slot points. Rated table game play and live poker table play do not qualify for slot points. Slot points must be earned through slots or video poker only.
• Electronic drawing entries can be earned based on slot play at any of the Agua Caliente Casino properties, including AC Fuel, while playing with their ACE Club Card properly inserted.
• To be eligible, entries must be activated within two (2) hours and at least ten (10) minutes prior to each drawing time, by playing slots with an ACE Club Card properly inserted in a slot machine.
• IMPORTANT: Electronic slot drawing entries can be earned based on carded slot play at any Agua Caliente Casino properties (including AC Fuel).

Electronic Drawings Entry Earning Table Games:

• Electronic drawing entry earning begins on Sunday, June 1, 2025 at 5:00AM and ends 10 minutes prior to the last drawing on Saturday, June 28, 2025 and again on Friday August 1, 2025 at 5:00AM and ends 10 minutes prior to the last drawing on Saturday, August 30, 2025.

• $5 table games theoretical win = One (1) electronic drawing entry into all drawings for the promotion.
• Players must have rated table games play within two (2) hours of each drawing time to be eligible.
• To activate their earned entries, the ACE Club member must begin a session of play at a table game within two (2) hours before each drawing.
• Open table games ratings will be closed by a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) starting thirty (30) minutes prior to the first drawing and every two (2) hours until the end of the drawings to activate entries into the drawing.
• If a player is actively playing at the time of activation, Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) will close the rating to activate entries and then re-open their rating immediately. This process must be repeated for each activation time, to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum since the last activation.

• 4:30PM activation– qualifies for 5:00PM – 6:30PM drawings
• 6:30PM activation– qualifies for 7:00PM – 8:30PM drawings
• 8:30PM activation– qualifies for 9:00PM – 10:00PM drawings

Weekly Drawing Structure:

• Saturdays, June 7, 14, 21, and 28, 2025 and Saturdays, August 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30, 2025 one (1) winner (slots or table games player) will be selected every thirty (30) minutes from 5:00PM to 9:30PM, from the designated promotional area at each Agua Caliente Casino property to have the opportunity to participate in our “$500,000 Rolex Sweepstakes” Game Experience to win Prizes ranging from $250 to $1,200 in Free Slot Play or NNC (Please see Weekly Drawing Schedule below).

• Drawings will be conducted from the designated promotional area at each Agua Caliente Casino & announced throughout the Casino Floor by an authorized Marketing representative.
• Each winner will have five (5) minutes to identify themselves as a winner of the drawing at their respective promotional area with an authorized Marketing representative.

• In the event that a winner does not show up within the allotted time, we will re-draw for another winner.
• Re-draw winners will have five (5) minutes to claim. If winner does not claim within the allotted time, a new winner will be drawn.

•  Must be present at the Agua Caliente Casino in which their name was called in order to win.
• ACE Club members will have the opportunity to win one (1) time in the Weekly Drawings per promotional week across any of the Agua Caliente Casinos.

June Weekly Drawing Schedule:

• Total of 10 Participants for the Game Experience Per Property
• Total of 30 Participants for the Game Experience Combined Per Week
• Total 120 Participants for the Game Experience Combined Per June Promotional Period

August Weekly Drawing Schedule:

• Total of 10 Participants for the Game Experience Per Property

Game Experience:  

• At each drawing time, the selected game experience participant will have the opportunity to spin the Rolex Prize Wheel. 
• The prize wheel will consist of thirty-two (32) spaces which will contain a prize amount to be issued as Free Slot Play (also referred to as FSP) or Non-Negotiable Chips prizes.
• The prize amounts that will be available on the Rolex Prize Wheel are as follows: 

• $250 Free Slot Play or NNC – 10 spaces
• $400 Free Slot Play or NNC – 8 spaces
• $500 Free Slot Play or NNC – 5 spaces
• $750 Free Slot Play or NNC – 4 spaces
• $1,000 Free Slot Play or NNC – 3 spaces
• $1,200 Free Slot Play or NNC – 2 spaces

• The selected winner will be aware the amount of the FSP/NNC prize shown on the wheel space the spin stops on.
• The game wheel must make at least one (1) full rotation in order to qualify as a valid attempt.
• If the game wheel does not make a full rotation, the selected winner will be instructed by the Marketing Representative to spin again.  

Grand Finale Drawings

• At 10:00pm, on each promotional day, three (3) winners will be chosen from across all Agua Caliente Casino properties to participate in the Grand Finale Game Experience for a chance to win a Rolex Watch (valued between $13,500 – $17,500).
• Drawings will be conducted from the designated promotional area at ACCCC & announced throughout the Casino Floor at all Agua Caliente Casinos by an authorized Marketing representative.
• Each winner will have five (5) minutes to identify themselves as a winner of the drawing at their respective promotional area with an authorized Marketing representative.
  • In the event that a winner does not show up within the allotted time, we will re-draw for another winner.
  • Re-draw winners will have five (5) minutes to claim. If winner does not claim within the allotted time, a new winner will be drawn.
• Must be present be present at any Agua Caliente Casino to win.
• Once all three (3) participants have been identified and verified, the game experience will begin.

Grand Finale Game Experience:

• Each Agua Caliente Casino will have three (3) Grand Finale Giant Rolex Boxes at their respective promotional area.  
• Each giant Rolex box will conceal a Grand Finale Prize, as listed below.  The placement of the prizes will be predetermined each promotional day by a Marketing Representative, and concealed into the giant Rolex boxes.  
• All Agua Caliente Casinos will have matching prizes in the corresponding matching giant Rolex box at each property.
  • This will allow all participants to play the Grand Finale Game Experience from the property in which they claimed their spot.
• In the order they were drawn, each participant will choose one (1) of the three (3) prize giant Rolex boxes.
• Once all participants have chosen their prize giant Rolex box, the participants will all open their prize giant Rolex boxes simultaneously to reveal which prize they have chosen.
  • 1X – Rolex Watch Grand Finale Prize Winner (valued between $13,500-$17,500).
    • Winner will designate pick up day, (Tuesday through Saturday of the following week), to pick up their gift from the property in which they won the prize.
    • Winner of the grand prize may take $10,000 Free Slot Play or NNC in lieu of the Rolex watch.
  • 1X – $5,000 Free Slot Play or NNC
  • 1X – $2,500 Free Slot Play or NNC
• ACE Club members will be eligible to win one (1) time during the Weekly Drawings and one (1) time during the Grand Finale Drawings, per promotional day.
  • ACE Club members will have the opportunity to win the Grand Finale Prize one (1) time during the June Grand Finale Drawings, throughout the June promotional period, and one (1) time during the August Grand Finale Drawings, throughout the August promotional period, across all three (3) Agua Caliente Casino Properties.
  • ACE Club members who have won a June Grand Finale Prize, will no longer be eligible for subsequent June Grand Finale Drawings. 
  • ACE Club members who have won an August Grand Finale Prize, will no longer be eligible for subsequent August Grand Finale Drawings.
  • ACE Club members who have won the Grand Finale Drawing but won only the $5,000 Free Slot Play/NNC or the $2,500 Free Slot Play/NNC in the Grand Finale Game Experience will still qualify to participate in subsequent Grand Finale Drawings in subsequent weeks.

The Following Rules Apply to Promotional Drawings using PlayerSoft: 

1. Slot players must earn electronic drawing entries by accumulating slot points. Players can accumulate slot points while playing slot machines anywhere on the Casino Floor with their ACE Club Card properly inserted into a slot machine, at Agua Caliente Casinos and AC Fuel. Slot players earn one (1) electronic drawing entry per ten (10) slot points earned during the promotional period. Electronic drawing entries are automatically entered into the PlayerSoft “virtual” drawing barrel.

2. All qualifying slot and/or table games points for the “$500,000 Rolex Sweepstakes” must be earned starting at 5:00AM on Sunday, June 1, 2025 and will end ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing on Saturday, June 28, 2025. Then again starting at 5:00AM on Friday, August 1, 2025 and will end ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing on Saturday, August 30, 2025.  Slot points can be earned at any Agua Caliente Casino, including AC Fuel. (See “Electronic Drawing Entry Earning Slot Machines”). Table games players points can be earned at any Agua Caliente Casino, excluding AC Fuel.

3. Slot Players must activate their electronic drawing entries on the day of each drawing. In order to successfully activate electronic drawing entries towards each drawing, the qualified ACE Club members will be required to follow the below steps:
   • Properly inserting their ACE Club Card, the ACE Club member will begin a session of play at a slot machine. 
   • The ACE Club member must close their rating by removing their ACE Club Card from a slot machine at least ten (10) minutes prior to any upcoming drawing time. This process must be repeated at every drawing time to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum. 

4. For slot players and table game players, all electronic drawing entries must be activated a within (2) hours and at least ten (10) minutes prior to each drawing time in order to be eligible to win. A sweep will be done on PlayerSoft ten (10) minutes prior to the drawing time to begin populating entries earned up to that point for winners. Announcements will be made on the Casino Floor from each promotional area throughout the drawing day to remind patrons how and when to activate their electronic drawing entries
5. Table Games players earn electronic drawing entries by accumulating a $5 table game theoretical win while playing at a table with their ACE Club Card. Table game players earn one (1) electronic drawing entry per $5 table game theoretical win accumulated during the promotional period. Table Game drawing entries can only be earned at Agua Caliente Casinos excluding AC Fuel. (See “Table Game Electronic Drawing Entry Earning”)
6. Table Games players must activate their electronic drawing entries on the day of the drawings. In order to successfully activate electronic drawing entries towards each drawing, the qualified ACE Club members will be required to follow the below steps. 
   • Using their ACE Club Card, the ACE Club member must begin a session of play at a table game a within of two (2) hours before each drawing session.
   • A Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) must close all player ratings thirty (30)-minutes prior to the first drawing and every two (2) hours until the end of the promotion to activate the electronic drawing.
   • If a player is actively playing at the time of activation, a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) will close the rating to activate entries and then re-open their rating immediately. This process must be repeated for each activation time, to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum since the last activation.

7. Once an electronic drawing entry is selected and the winning name is announced, the player will have Five (5) minutes to report to the drawing area. Winners may also contact a Slot or Security Department employee. The Slot or Security Department employee will notify an authorized Marketing representative that a winner has identified themselves within the Five (5) minute time limit and is being sent to the drawing area to be verified as an eligible winner before another name is drawn. The winner’s drawing and eligibility will be verified by two (2) authorized Marketing representatives before the prize is awarded. A Winners Log will be kept to indicate the entries drawn, winner’s name(s) and any electronic drawing entries drawn that are “ineligible “or “no-shows”.

8. All drawing promotions shall have a thirty (30)-minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.

9. Must be present to win. In the event that a winner does not show up, we will re-draw for another winner. This allows another ACE Club member an opportunity to win in that drawing. In the event the winner does not show up to claim their prize within the allotted three (3) minute period, that winner will be marked as a “no-show” on the Winners Log. 
10. Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize.

11. Players are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf. 

12. For Non-Negotiable Chip Prizes, an authorized Marketing representative will verify each winner’s ID and ACE Club Card before prizes are issued. An authorized Marketing representative will require the winner to sign the Winners Log before issuing a Non-Negotiable Chip Prizes Comp Voucher to the ACE Club member’s account. Once the voucher has printed the, the authorized issuer (or above) will sign the voucher with name and gaming license number and instruct the winner to present the voucher to the Main Cashier’s Cage to receive their prize in Non-Negotiable Chips. Non-Negotiable Chip vouchers expire twenty (24) hours after issuance.
13. Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (as applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

14. The Winners Release Form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) authorized Marketing representative, and one (1) additional signature for verification, completed by an authorized Marketing representative. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.
15. For each award or prize won, an authorized Marketing representative will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date of the promotion; winner’s first and last name and ACE Club number; and the award or prize won. The authorized Marketing representative will sign with name and gaming license number on the last page of the log attesting to the prize distribution. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.

16. In the event that all systems go OFFLINE and become inoperable for any reason, the on-site ACGC Gaming Inspector Department and ACGC Surveillance Department will be notified immediately. Drawings will cease until the system is back online and fully operational. No manual drawing entries or prizes will be issued in lieu of the system being “offline.” 

17. ACE Club members are eligible to win up to two (2) times per promotional day between the Weekly Drawing and Grand Finale, however, the Grand Finale prize cannot be won more than one (1) time within either the June or August promotional period.
    • ACE Club members who have won the Grand Finale Drawing but won only the $5,000 Free Slot Play/NNC or the $2,500 Free Slot Play/NNC in the Grand Finale Game Experience will still qualify to participate in subsequent Grand Finale Drawings in subsequent weeks. 

18. ACE Club members will have the chance to win one (1) time per promotional day, across any of the Agua Caliente Casinos during the 5:00pm – 9:30pm drawings.

19. ACE Club members will have the opportunity to win one (1) time in June and one (1) time in August during the Grand Finale 10:00pm drawings.

20. For all valid weeks in June from Sunday, June 1, 2025 through Saturday, June 28, 2025, electronic drawing entry earnings will accumulate throughout the entirety of the promotion and will expire on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at the end of the last drawing.

21. For all valid weeks in August from Friday, August 1, 2025 through Saturday, August 30, 2025, electronic drawing entry earnings will accumulate throughout the entirety of the promotion and will expire on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at the end of the last drawing.

GENERAL RULES

1. Must be 21 years or older to participate.

2. Must be or become an ACE Club member to participate. 
   
3. Restricted players are not eligible for this promotion.

4. Employees of Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate. 

5. All drawing promotions shall have a thirty (30)-minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.
6. Must be present at the Agua Caliente Casino in which their name was called in order to win.

7. Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize.

8. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

9. The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

10. Ace, Edge, or Elite Cards are the property of Agua Caliente Casinos. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club Brochure. 
11. Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate. 
12. Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.
13. Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.
14. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.
15. All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.

16. All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

17. Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

18. A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
19. If the Rolex Watch is chosen as Grand Finale Prize by the Grand Finale Winner, the Winner will coordinate a pick-up day (Tuesday through Saturday of the following week) to pick up their gift from the Agua Caliente Casino property in which they won the prize. The winner will coordinate and pick-up the Rolex Watch with a Special Events Manager at the ACE Club of the property in which it was won, during the ACE Club operating hours. 
20. There will be no valid promotional dates in the month of July 2025. 
21.  If the Grand Finale Prize of $10,000 in Free Slot Play or NNC is requested in lieu of the Rolex Watch, it must be taken in either all Free Slot Play or all NNC (no partial payments).

22. Non-Negotiable Chip Prizes will be paid out via a voucher issued to the winner that is then redeemed at the Main Cashier’s Cage. Non-Negotiable Chip vouchers expire twenty-four (24) hours after issuance.
23. Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:
    1. $101 – $1,500 – Expires in 30 Days
    2. $1,501 – $5,000 – Expires in 60 Days
    3. $5,001 – $19,999 – Expires in 90 days
24. The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as the ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
