Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs & Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC respectively in the promotion rules), otherwise known as the Agua Caliente Casinos, will host the Ride of a Lifetime Porsche Sweepstakes during the month of July, with Preliminary Hot Seat Drawings and Grand Finale Drawings. During the Preliminary Hot Seat Drawings, one (1) winner from each Agua Caliente Casino property will be selected every thirty (30) minutes, for the chance to win $500 in Free Slot Play or Non- Negotiable Chips (hereinafter referred to as FSP and NNCs) and for the chance to be entered into the Grand Finale Drawing. Then, during the Grand Finale Drawings at 10:00PM, one (1) winner will be selected between all three (3) Agua Caliente Casino properties, for the opportunity to win a twenty-four (24) month lease term on a 2025 Porsche OR dealership credit (both valued at $42,756 USD). ACE Club Members will be notified of this promotion via direct marketing offers, e-blast, and/or property collateral.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

Event Details:

Preliminary Hot Seat Drawings:

·      On Fridays, July 4 – July 25, 2025 from 3:00PM – 9:00PM, one (1) winner will be selected every thirty (30) minutes at each Agua Caliente Casino property.

·      Preliminary Hot Seat Drawings will be conducted by the Prize Patrol (comprised of authorized Team Members of the Marketing Department) and will occur via a clear drawing barrel for table games players, and “Random Rewards” feature of the Patron Management system for slot players. 

·      Every thirty (30) minutes from 3:00PM – 9:00PM, one (1) slot or one (1) table games winner will be randomly selected to win $500 in Free Slot Play or NNCs and given a reminder card instructing the winner to return to the designated promotional area at any Agua Caliente Casino property on the same promotional day between 8:30PM – 9:30PM, to check-in and register for a system generated drawing ticket towards the Grand Finale Drawing with a Marketing representative (per the Preliminary Hot Seat Drawing Structure below).

§  ACE Club members who are actively paying with their ACE Club Card at the same Bank/Table Game as the winner, will receive $5 in FSP.

·      To qualify for the Preliminary Hot Seat Drawings, ACE Club members must be actively playing either a slot machine with their ACE Club Card properly inserted or by actively playing at a live table game with an open rating at the time of the drawing.

·      Must be present to win.

·      Promotion will be conducted from the designated Promotional Area’s at ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC, by a Marketing representative.

·      During the Preliminary Hot Seat Drawings, ACE Club members have the opportunity to win once (1) per promotional day across all three (3) Agua Caliente Casino properties.

ACCRM Physical Drawing Barrel Ticket Drop – Off:

·      Each promotional day from 8:30PM – 9:30PM, winners of the Preliminary Hot Seat Drawings may check-in with a Marketing representative at the designated promotional area at any of the Agua Caliente Casino property, to register for a system generated drawing ticket that includes the ACE Club members first and last name and ACE Club card number, towards the Grand Finale Drawing . The system generated drawing ticket will be dropped into the clear drawing barrel at ACCRM only.

o   In order to register for a system generated drawing ticket, winners must present their ACE Club Card, valid, physical ID and reminder card to a Marketing representative.

·      Winners checked-in and verified by a Marketing representative at ACCRM will have a system generated drawing ticket printed and dropped into the clear drawing barrel at ACCRM promotional area.

·      Winners at ACCCC or ACCPS will be checked-in and verified by a Marketing representative at the respective property. The ACCCC or ACCPS Marketing representative will then notify a Marketing representative at ACCRM via email of the verified winner. The Marketing representative at ACCRM will then print and drop the winners’ system generated drawing ticket into the clear drawing barrel, located at ACCRM promotional area.

·      Preliminary Hot Seat Drawing Winners can only have their system generated drawing ticket dropped into the clear drawing barrel on the promotional day in which they won at ACCRM promotional area.

Grand Finale Drawings:

·      At 10:00PM, on each promotional day, one (1) winner from across all (3) three Agua Caliente Casino properties will be chosen by a Marketing representative, with an additional authorized Marketing representative serving as witness from the clear drawing barrel at ACCRM promotional area for a chance to win the grand prize.

·      Drawings will be conducted from the designated promotional area at ACCRM & announced throughout the Casino Floor at all Agua Caliente Casinos by a Marketing representative.

·      The winner will have five (5) minutes to identify themselves as a winner of the Grand Finale Drawing at their respective promotional area with a Marketing representative.

·      In the event that a winner does not show up within the allotted time, we will re-draw for another winner.

o   Re-draw winners will have five (5) minutes to claim. If winner does not claim within the allotted time, a new winner will be drawn.

·      Must be present at any Agua Caliente Casino property to win.

·      Grand Prize: Twenty-four (24) month lease term on a 2025 Porsche OR dealership credit (both valued at $42,756 USD) towards a purchase at Porsche Palm Springs (Indigo Auto Group).

o   Grand Prize Option 2: $20,000 Cash

o   Grand Prize Option 3: $10,000 FSP/NNCs

·      The Grand Prize Winner will have twenty-four (24) hours to choose their prize selection. (see General Rule #16)  

·      ACE Club members will be eligible to win one (1) time during the Preliminary Hot Seat Drawings per promotional day and one (1) time during the Grand Finale Drawings throughout the promotional period.

o   ACE Club members will have the opportunity to win the Grand Finale Prize one (1) time during the Grand Finale Drawings, throughout the promotional period, across all three (3) Agua Caliente Casino Properties.

o   Winners may choose FSP or NNC in lieu of the Cash Prize at 50% of the value.

DRAWING RULES FOR SELECTING HOT SEAT TABLE GAMES PLAYERS:

1.     In order to be eligible to win, players must be actively playing at a live table game with an open rating on their ACE Club Card, at the time the Prize Patrol arrives at the lucky winning table.

2.     Winners will be chosen by selecting a live table game utilizing a clear drawing barrel with numbered balls. The drawing barrel will be located at the Promotional Area at each property. The numbers displayed on the numbered balls will correspond to the identifying table numbers located on the live tables.

3.     The numbered balls will be selected and drawn by the Prize Patrol.

4.     Once a live table game has been selected, the Prize Patrol will take a set of Oversized Cards, numbered one (1) to fifteen (15), to the chosen Hot Seat Table. The Prize Patrol will present the Oversized Cards to the eligible players, face down and fanned out. The eligible players will draw from the Oversized Cards beginning at Seat 1 and going around. The player who reveals the Oversized Card with the highest number shall be deemed the winner for that drawing time. Any hand in progress will be completed prior to players choosing Oversized Cards.

5.     In the event that there are no active players at the selected table game, the Prize Patrol will select another ball from the drawing barrel and proceed with promotional activity accordingly. A table may only be drawn once per drawing time, therefore once a table has been drawn, it will not be put back into the barrel until the next drawing time.

6.     The Prize Patrol Team may consist of authorized Team Members of the Marketing Department.

HOT SEAT DRAWINGS RULES FOR SELECTING SLOT MACHINE PLAYERS:

1.     ACE Club members can play up to five (5) ACE Club Cards at a time. However, to be eligible to receive the Free Slot Play prize, ACE Club members must be actively playing with their ACE Club Card properly inserted and physically seated at the selected slot machine location at the time the Prize Patrol arrives, excluding AC Fuel.

2.     The “Random Rewards” is a feature of the Patron Management system that displays all active slot play in random order when activated.

3.     When it is time to conduct the drawings, a Marketing representative or ACE Club representative (or above) will activate the “Random Rewards” option in the Patron Management system from the Promotional Area. “Random Rewards” will produce a Player first and last Name, Player ID, and slot machine location. A second member of the Prize Patrol will witness the selection process. Once the patrons name and location are produced, the Prize Patrol will go to the selected slot machine location the Casino Floor. Upon arriving at the selected slot machine, the Prize Patrol will greet the patron gaming at that slot machine to inquire if they are the patron whose Name/Player ID has been selected. The Prize Patrol will verify the win by checking the patrons valid photo ID and ACE Club Card to ensure it matches the name and Player ID drawn by “Random Rewards”. Once the winner is verified, a member of the Prize Patrol will enter the prize amount into the patrons ACE Club account.

4.     If the Prize Patrol arrives at the selected slot machine to find the patron gaming at the machine is utilizing another individual’s ACE Club Card this patron is ineligible for a Hot Seat Prize. In this situation, the Prize Patrol may then take the next patron to the left who is actively gaming with their own ACE Club Card properly inserted. The patron must present a valid photo ID that matches the ACE Club Card inserted in the slot machine.

5.     In the event that the Prize Patrol arrives at a selected slot machine to find that the patron gaming at that slot machine is not the Name and Player ID selected by “Random Rewards”, but this patron is actively gaming with their own ACE Club Card inserted in the slot machine at the time of the Prize Patrol’s arrival, this patron will be deemed the winner. The patron must present a valid photo ID that matches the ACE Club Card inserted in the slot machine.

6.     In the event that the Prize Patrol arrives at a selected slot machine to find that there is no patron occupying that seat, the Prize Patrol may defer to the next patron on the left, who is actively gaming with their own ACE Club Card inserted in the slot machine at the time of the Prize Patrol’s arrival. This patron must present a valid photo ID that matches the ACE Club Card properly inserted in the slot machine.

7.     In the event there is not a patron gaming at the selected slot machine, or there are no patrons actively playing with their ACE Club Card inserted in a slot machine at the selected slot machine bank, a new Player Name, Player ID, and slot machine location will be selected in “Random Rewards”.

8.     The Prize Patrol Team may consist of authorized Team Members of the Marketing Department.

GRAND FINALE DRAWING ENTRY RULES:

1.     Winners must be present at the time of the drawings to win.

2.     All drawing promotions shall have a thirty (30) minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.

3.     Drawing Tickets are system generated upon registering with a Marketing representative in the promotional area and will then be printed at ACCRM only. The drawing tickets will include the ACE Club Members first and last name and ACE Club card number.

4.     For the duration of the event (on the promotional day), the drawing barrel will be located at ACCRM’s designated promotional area, under ACGC Camera Surveillance.

a.     Winners checked-in and verified by a Marketing representative at ACCRM, will have a system generated drawing ticket printed and dropped into the clear drawing barrel at ACCRM.

b.     Winners at ACCCC or ACCPS will be checked-in and verified by a Marketing representative at the respective property. The ACCCC or ACCPS Marketing representative will then notify a Marketing representative at ACCRM of the verified winner. The Marketing representative at ACCRM will then print and drop a system generated drawing ticket into the clear drawing barrel located at ACCRM promotional area.

5.     Per the Physical Drawing Barrel Ticket Drop- Off and Grand Finale Drawings (see above): Any transportation of the drawing barrel to/from the Promotional Area shall require a Security Officer escort and notification to the ACGC Surveillance Department. At each drawing time, an Marketing representative, with additional Marketing representative serving as a witness, will spin the drawing barrel to mix the system generated drawing tickets. At 10:00PM, one (1) drawing ticket shall be selected, awarding the winner the Grand Prize.

6.     System Generated Drawing Tickets shall be removed from the clear drawing barrel by two (2) Marketing representatives at the conclusion of each promotional day with a Security Officer present (if applicable) and with notification to ACGC Surveillance.

7.     Winners will be announced from the designated Promotional Area from all Agua Caliente Casino properties and will have five (5) minutes to report to the designated Promotional Area to claim their prize. If a valid winner is not verified within the time limit, a Marketing representative (or above) will redraw until a valid winner is verified. Winners who do not arrive in the allotted time frame will forfeit their participation in the winner selection process for that respective drawing. A Marketing representative, with one (1) Marketing representative serving as a witness, will mark the expired drawing entry as “no show” or “ineligible winner” and sign with time, name, and gaming license number on the drawing entry. The Winners Log shall also be noted by at least one (1) Marketing representative as “no show” or “ineligible winner” and signed with time, name, and gaming license number of a Marketing representative.

8.     Once a drawing ticket is selected and the winning name is announced, the winner will have five (5) minutes to report to the drawing area. Winners may also contact a Slot or Security Department employee. The Slot or Security Department employee will notify a Marketing representative that a winner has identified themselves within the five (5) minute time limit and is being sent to the drawing area to be verified as an eligible winner before another name is drawn. The winner’s drawing and eligibility will be verified by two (2) Marketing representatives before the prize is awarded. A Winners Log will be kept to indicate the tickets drawn, winner’s name(s) and any drawing tickets drawn that are “ineligible “or “no-shows”

9.     Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (as applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

10.  Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e., driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize. 

11.  The Winner’s Release Form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) Marketing representative and one (1) additional signature of a Marketing representative for verification. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State, and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.

12.  For each winner selected, a Marketing representative will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date and time of the promotion, winner’s name, winner’s ACE Club number and the award or prize won. The Marketing representative shall sign the log with their name and gaming license number attesting to the prize distribution. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.

GENERAL RULES

1.     Must be 21 year or older to participate.

2.     Must be an ACE Club member to participate.

3.     Restricted players are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

4.     Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued Gaming license are not eligible to participate.

5.     Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

6.     Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures.

7.     Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.

8.     Direct marketing offers are valid only the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value: no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.

9.     Facsimiles or reproduction of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.

10.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

11.  The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing tickets, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the tickets or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

12.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.

13.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

14.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

15.  Hot Seat Winners who receive Free Slot Play as a prize may request NNC in lieu of the Free Slot Play, and vice versa.

16.  ACE Club members may win up to two (2) times per promotional day: once (1) during the 3:00PM – 9:00PM Preliminary Hot Seat Drawings, once (1) at the 10:00PM Grand Finale Drawing.

·      ACE Club members who have won the Grand Finale Drawing cannot participate in subsequent Grand Finale Drawings in subsequent weeks. If an ACE Club member is selected for a subsequent Preliminary Hot Seat Drawing, they will not receive a reminder card or drawing entry towards the Grand Finale.

17.  Each week, the Grand Finale Winners will have twenty-four (24) hours to choose one (1) of the below listed options for their prize. The property in which the winner claims will provide the winner with a designated contact person and winner’s letter. The winner is to respond via e-mail, by phone or in person with any ACE Club Supervisor (or above) at any Agua Caliente Casino within twenty-four (24) hours to select their prize option:

·      Option 1: Twenty-four (24) month lease term on a 2025 Porsche OR dealership credit (valued at $42,756 USD) towards a purchase from Porsche Palm Springs (Indigo Auto Group)

·      Option 2: $20,000 Cash

·      Option 3: $10,000 FSP/NNCs

18.  If any of the Grand Finale Winners chooses Option 1 as their prize of the twenty-four (24) month lease term on a 2025 Porsche OR dealership credit (both valued at $42,756 USD) to purchase, they must apply within eight (8) days and be approved by the vendor, Porsche Palm Springs (Indigo Auto Group). If the winner is denied, the winner is defaulted to Option 2 or Option 3 prize.

19.  If the Grand Finale Winner does not choose their prize option within the twenty-four (24) hour allotted time period, they will forfeit their prize. There will not be another drawing for a new winner.

20.  Prizes won must be either all Cash, all Free Slot Play, or all Non-Negotiable Chips (no partial payments).

21.  All Cash Prize and NNC winners must be paid at the Main Cashier’s Cage.

22.  Non-Negotiable Chip prizes will be paid out via a voucher issued to the winner that is then redeemed at the Main Cashier’s Cage. Non-Negotiable Chip vouchers expire twenty-four (24) hours after issuance.

23.  Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:

a.     $1 – $100 – Expires in 24 hours

b.     $101 – $1,500 – Expires in 30 Days

c.     $1,501 – $5,000 – Expires in 60 Days

d.     $5,001 – $19,999 – Expires in 90 days

24.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

25.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
