The Poker Room at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage (ACCRM) will be conducting the 2025 Poker Tournament Player’s Anniversary Qualifier Tournament(s) on March 19, 2025 at 10:00AM and 6:00PM
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
To qualify for participation in the 2025 Poker Tournament Player’s Anniversary Qualifier Tournaments, participants must have finished in one (1) of the top ten (10) places in any of the previous six (6) Monthly Qualifier Poker Tournaments that were held on April 2024 & May 2024 and from November 2024 through February 2025 at ACCRM.

Seating & Sign Ups:
Players may sign up to play starting two (2) hours before the start of each event at the Poker Cashier Podium with the Poker Cashier. Seating will be on a first come, first serve basis, as we have limited seating in the Poker Room. There will be five (5) tables of up to ten (10) seats for a total of fifty (50) seats available at the start of each tournament event.
- Alternate List:
- If all fifty (50) seats available are filled, we will use the alternate list format for players waiting to play.
- All players waiting on the alternate list will get an opportunity to play, as they will get into the tournament as other players get knocked out.
- Alternate players will also start their participation with the same amount of chips and have the same option to buy the “add-on” chips to begin their play in these event(s).
REGISTRATION FEE AND DEALER TOKES
- Players must register in person with the Poker Room Cashier at the Poker Podium in the Poker Room on tournament days, starting at 9am for the first event and at 5pm for the last event.
- Registration will end one (1) hour after the start of each event, with new players being allowed to enter up until that time.
- Our registration fee will be as follows:
- The house shall receive $30 dollars from each buy-in for the House Rake. The dealers will receive $20 dollars (Dealer Tokes) from each poker tournament “buy-in”.

Prize Distribution Schedule:
These tournaments will be conducted as a “Survivor Style” Tournament in that if you finish in the top ten (10) places you will be “in the money”. The tournament ends when there are ten (10) players left, at which point, the money shall be divided evenly. We will pay the top ten (10) players $500 cash each for a total of $5,000 cash for each event and a total of $10,000 cash for the day.
GENERAL RULES:
- Must be a top ten (10) finisher in one (1) of the previous six (6) Monthly Qualifier Poker Tournaments that were held on April 2024 & May 2024 and from November 2024 through February 2025 at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage.
- Must be 21 years or older to participate.
- Players do not have to be or become an ACE Club member to participate.
- Players must provide a Valid I.D. prior to payment of a prize.
- Restricted players are not eligible to participate.
- Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are eligible to participate according to the ACBCI Casino Operations Gambling Policy.
- Employees of the Poker Department are not eligible to participate.
- Players are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf.
- The Tournament format will be “No Limit Texas Hold’Em”.
- Each player will receive $12,000 in tournament chips before the beginning of the tournament. Tournament Chips have no cash value. Each chip is assigned a denomination as follows: Blue – $100, White – $500, Yellow – $1,000, Red – $5,000 Gray – $25,000.
- There will be no chopping or splitting offered in this tournament.
- Participants will not be permitted to end the tournament before the final ten (10) players have been determined.
- For each prize won, a Tournament Winners Log will be completed with the date, winner’s name, winner’s Players Club account number (if applicable) and the award or prize won. The Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) must sign the log with name and gaming license number, attesting to the prize distribution. The winner must sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.
- For each prize won of $5,000 (or above), a Winner’s Release Form must be completed and signed by the winner prior to the payment of prizes. The Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) completing the Winner’s Release Form must sign with name and gaming license number on the form.
- Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award for reporting purposes.
- Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discounts or group rates.
- The Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
- The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).
- Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club Brochure.
- Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.
- Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.
The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC)retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. are held harmless from the award or use of the prize.
Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must be located within each Casino.
All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.
All tournaments will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
A copy of the tournament rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Poker Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
