Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (hereinafter referred to as ACCCC respectively) will give ACE Club members the opportunity to win a share of $85,000 in either Free Slot Play, Promotional Chips, Jessup Auto Plaza Dealership Credit, Cash, and/or Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Card during the $85,000 Pick-Up Your Game Truck Giveaway starting on Tuesday, October 1, 2024. ACE Club members will be notified of this promotion via direct marketing offers, e-blast, and property collateral.
 
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
ACE Club members will have the opportunity to earn electronic drawing entries by playing on the ACCCC Casino Floor at their favorite slot machines with their ACE Club Card properly inserted or by actively playing at a live table game with an open rating. ACE Club members who have earned one (1) drawing ticket entry from TGIF Hot Seats or any type of Preliminary Drawings will have the opportunity to participate in the Grand Finale Drawings on Saturday, October 26, 2024, to win the Grand Prize of $40,000 in Jessup Auto Plaza Dealership Credit, plus $5,000 Cash Prize and a $250 Agua Caliente Fuel Gift Card.

Preliminary Drawings:
·      Electronic Drawing Entry Earning Slot Machines:
§  Electronic drawing entry earning begins at 12:01AM on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 and ends ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing on Saturday, October 26, 2024.
§  Entries earned will be cumulative for the promotional period and will not expire until Saturday, October 26, 2024, after the last drawing is complete.
§  10 slot points earned = 1 electronic drawing entry. Every $10 dollars played on slot machines equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals three (3) slot points. Rated table games play and live poker table play do not qualify for slot points. Slot points must be earned through slots or video poker only.
§  Winners must be present to claim their prize with an authorized Marketing representative from the promotional area at ACCCC only.
§  ACE Club members will earn 10X electronic entries every Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays throughout the promotion at ACCCC only.
§  To be eligible, entries must be activated within two (2) hours and at least ten (10) minutes prior to each drawing time, by playing slot machines with an ACE Club Card (see “The Following Rules Apply to Promotional Drawings using PlayerSoft”, Rule #3 (a), (b) and #5 and #6).
§  IMPORTANT: Electronic drawing entry earning will be based on slot play at ACCCC Only.
 
·      Electronic Drawings Entry Earning Table Games:
§  Electronic drawing entry earning begins at 12:01AM on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 and ends ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing on Saturday, October 26, 2024.
§  Entries earned will be cumulative for the promotional period and will not expire until Saturday, October 26, 2024 after the last drawing is complete.
§  $5 table games theoretical win = 1 entry  
§  Players must have rated table games play within two (2) hours and prior to ten (10) minutes of each drawing to be eligible.
§  Winners must be present to claim their prize with an authorized Marketing representative from the promotional area at ACCCC.
§  ACE Club members will earn 10X electronic entries every Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays throughout the promotion at ACCCC only.
§  Open table games ratings will be closed by a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) at 11:30AM, 1:30PM, and 3:30PM to activate entries into the drawings (see “The Following Rules Apply to Promotional Drawings using PlayerSoft”, Rule #5, #6  and #8 (a), (b), (c)).
§  If a player is actively playing at the time of activation, Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) will close the rating to activate entries and then re-open their rating immediately. This process must be repeated for each activation time, to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum since the last activation.
o   Preliminary Drawings (October 5 – 19, 2024):
·      11:30AM activation – qualifies for 12:00PM – 1:30PM drawings

o   ACCCC’s Grand Finale Drawing Barrel will be located at the ACE Club October 1, 2024 – October 25, 2024. On October 26, 2024 the Grand Finale Drawing Barrel will be relocated to the promotional area.
o   ACE Club members can earn drawing entry tickets beginning on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at 5:00PM – Saturday, October 26, 2024 at 6:30PM only (unless for TGIF Hot Seat).
§  ACE Club members shall have the opportunity to receive one (1) drawing entry ticket, to be filled out by a Marketing representative (please see available ways to earn Drawing Entry Tickets below under “Grand Finale Drawings)
§  ACE Club members will be directed to drop their one (1) drawing entry ticket into the Grand Finale Drawing Barrel (please see location listing below under “Grand Finale Drawing Entry Rules”).
·      Grand Finale Drawings:
o   Beginning at 6:30PM, a Marketing representative will draw three (3) winners from the ACE Club members who have earned one (1) drawing entry ticket towards participation in the Grand Finale Drawings. To qualify to receive a drawing entry ticket for the Grand Finale, please see as follows:

·      Grand Finale Game Experience:
o   Finalists may only win one (1) entry into the Grand Finale of the $85,000 Pick-Up Your Game Truck Giveaway at ACCCC on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at 6:30PM.
o   Three (3) finalists drawing entry tickets shall be drawn by a Marketing representative, with a Security Officer present, from the barrel.
o   The three (3) finalists shall then be presented with three (3) slots to insert their oversized keys.
o   In the order the finalists selected the oversized keys, each finalist will select a key slot. The Marketing representative will stand in front of their key slot and on the count of three (3), the finalists will all insert their keys.
§  Of the three (3) key slots, there will be one (1) predetermined key slot that will have an activation switch built into the game board. Upon inserting the key into the slot, the key will trigger a series of lights and effects to differentiate the winner.
o   The finalist who selected the winning key slot will activate the lighting effects that have been built into the game board and be deemed the winner.
o   The two (2) finalists who do not activate the effects will each receive a Free Slot Play or Promotional Chip prize (see below for amounts).

GRAND FINALE DRAWING ENTRY RULES:
 
1.     ACCCC’s Grand Finale Drawing Barrel for the $85,000 Pick-Up Your Game Truck Giveaway will be located at the ACE Club from October 1, 2024 – October 25, 2024. On October 26, 2024 the Grand Finale Drawing Barrel will be relocated to the Center of the Casino Floor. Marketing promotional drawings shall utilize an approved drawing receptacle which safeguards the entries and is located under the view of ACGC Surveillance.
 
2.     ACE Club members may begin earning drawing entries and placing them in the drawing barrel, located at the ACCCC ACE Club, beginning Tuesday, October 1, 2024 through Saturday, October 19, 2024. To qualify to receive a drawing entry ticket for the Grand Finale, please see as follows:
§  Up to three (3) Preliminary Drawings Winners (Saturdays, October 5 – 19, 2024)
§  Up to ninety-five (95) Grand Finale Preliminary Winners (Saturday, October 26, 2024)
§  Up to eight (8) ‘TGIF Hot Seats’ promotion Winners (Friday, October 4 – Friday October 25, 2024).
 
3.     The Drawing Barrel will be relocated to the ACCCC Promotional Area where ACE Club members may begin earning drawing entries and placing them in the drawing barrel Saturday, October 26, 2024.
 
4.     The drawing barrel will close at the conclusion of the earning period for the drawing tickets. A Marketing representative will select three (3) drawing entry from the drawing barrel for the 6:30PM drawing. There will be re-draws until all three (3) winners are present.
 
5.     The drawing barrel will be utilized for the Grand Finale Drawing on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at 6:30PM.
 
6.     Drawing entries are preprinted on safety paper, numbered sequentially with space provided for the player to print their player’s first name and last initial and Player #ID. Drawing entries will be distributed to qualified ACE Club members by a Marketing representative.
 
7.     All drawing promotions shall have a 30-minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.
 
8.     ACE Club members may win up to two (2) times on the Grand Finale Day, one (1) time during the Preliminary Drawings and one (1) more time during the Grand Finale Drawings/ Second Chance Drawings.
 
The Following Rules Apply to Promotional Drawings using PlayerSoft on each Drawing Day:
 
1.     Slot players must earn electronic drawing entries by accumulating slot points. Players can accumulate slot points while playing slot machines anywhere on the Casino Floor with their ACE Club Card properly inserted into a slot machine at ACCCC only. Slot players earn one (1) electronic drawing entry per ten (10) slot points earned during the promotional period. Electronic drawing entries are automatically entered into the PlayerSoft “virtual” drawing barrel.
 
2.     All qualifying slot and/or table games entries for the Preliminary and Grand Finale Preliminary Drawings must be earned starting at 12:01AM on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 and will end ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing on Saturday, October 26, 2024. Slot points can be earned at ACCCC only (See “Electronic Drawing Entry Earning”). Entry earning for table games players shall be based on table games play at ACCCC only. 
 
3.     Slot players must activate their electronic drawing entries on the day of each drawing. In order to successfully activate electronic drawing entries towards each drawing, the qualified ACE Club members will be required to follow the below steps:
a.       Using their ACE Club Card, the ACE Club member will begin a session of play at a slot machine.
b.       The ACE Club member must close their rating by removing their ACE Club Card from a slot machine within two (2) hours or at least ten (10) minutes prior to any upcoming drawing time. This process must be repeated at every drawing time to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum.
 
4.     ACE Club members will earn 10X entries every Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays throughout the promotion at ACCCC only.
5.     Activation for Electronic 10X Drawing Entry Multiplier: On 10X drawing entry multiplier days (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays), ACE Club members must activate the 10X drawing entry multiplier by properly inserting their ACE Club Card into a slot machine or having an open rating on a table game.
a.     In the event that a slot player is actively playing when the entry multiplier earning period activates on Tuesdays at 12:01AM, the ACE Club member must remove their ACE Club Card from the slot machine and reinsert to activate.
b.     In the event that a player is actively playing with an open rating on a table game when the entry multiplier earning period activates on Tuesdays at 12:01AM, a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) will close their open rating and reopen their rating immediately to activate the 10X drawing entry multiplier. ACE Club members must remove their ACE Club Card from a gaming machine and a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) must close any open ratings on table games prior to 11:59PM on Thursdays, in order for players to receive their multiplied entries.
 
6.     For slot players and table game players, all electronic drawing entries must be activated up to two (2) hours and at least ten (10) minutes prior to each drawing time in order to be eligible to win. A sweep will be done on PlayerSoft ten (10) minutes prior to the drawing time to begin populating entries earned up to that point for winners. Announcements will be made in the promotional area at ACCCC throughout the drawing day to remind patrons how and when to activate their electronic drawing entries at ACCCC only.
7.     Table Game players earn electronic drawing entries by accumulating a $5 table game theoretical win while playing at a table with their ACE Club Card. Table game players earn one (1) electronic drawing entry per $5 table game theoretical win accumulated during the promotional period. Table Game drawing entries can be earned at ACCCC only (See “Electronic Drawing Entry Earning”).
8.     Table games players must activate their electronic drawing entries on the day of the drawings. In order to successfully activate electronic drawing entries towards each drawing, the qualified ACE Club members will be required to follow the below steps:
a.       Using their ACE Club Card, the ACE Club member must begin a session of play at a table game within two (2) hours before each drawing session.
b.       A Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) must close all player ratings at 11:30AM, 1:30PM, 3:30PM, 5:30pm and 7:30PM to activate entries into the drawing
c.       A Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) must close all player ratings at 7:30PM to activate entries into the Second Chance Drawing on October 26, 2024 drawing.
d.       If a player is actively playing at the time of activation, a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) will close the rating to activate entries and then re-open their rating immediately. This process must be repeated for each activation time to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum since the last activation.
 
9.     Once an electronic drawing entry is selected and the winning name is announced, the winners will have three (3) minutes to claim from the promotional area. In the event that a winner does not show up, they will be marked as a “no-show” on the Winners Log and we will re-draw for another winner. The winner’s drawing and eligibility will be verified by two (2) authorized Marketing representatives before a prize is awarded. A Winners Log will be kept to indicate the electronic drawing entries drawn, winner’s name(s) and any entries drawn that are “ineligible “or “no-shows”.
 
10.  All drawing promotions shall have a 30-minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.
 
11.  Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e., driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards.).  Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize.
 
12.  ACE Club members are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf.
 
13.  For each winner selected, an authorized Team Member will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date of the promotion; winner’s name; ACE Club Card number; and the award or prize won. The authorized Team Member will sign with name and gaming license number attesting to the prize distribution. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.
14.  Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (if applicable). The Winner’s Release form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.
 
15.  The Winner’s Release Form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) authorized Team Member, and one (1) additional signature of an authorized Team Member for verification. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State, and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a Social Security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.
 
16.  Must be present to win. In the event that a winner does not show up, we will re-draw for another winner. This allows another ACE Club member an opportunity to win in that drawing. In the event the winner does not show up to claim their prize within the allotted three (3) minute period, that winner will be marked as a “no-show” on the Winners Log.
 
17.  For Promotional Chips Prizes, an authorized Team Member will verify each winner’s ID and ACE Club Card before prizes are issued. An authorized Team Member will require the winner to sign the Winners Log before issuing a Promotional Chip Prizes Comp Voucher to the ACE Club member’s account. Once the voucher has printed the authorized issuer (or above) will sign the voucher with name and gaming license number and instruct the winner to present the voucher to the Main Cashier’s Cage to receive their prize in Promotional Chips. Promotional Chip vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.
 
18.  In the event that all systems go OFFLINE and become inoperable for any reason, the on-site ACGC Gaming Inspector Department and ACGC Surveillance Department will be notified immediately. Drawings will cease until the system is back online and fully operational. No manual drawing entries or prizes will be issued in lieu of the system being “offline.”
 
19.  ACE Club Members have the opportunity to win only one (1) manual drawing ticket during the Preliminary Drawing 5:00PM at ACCCC only.
 
20.  ACE Club members shall have the opportunity to win two (2) times during the Preliminary Drawings per promotional day, one (1) time between 12:00PM – 4:30PM, and one (1) more time 5:00PM (at ACCCC only).
 
21.  ACE Club members shall have the opportunity to win two (2) times October 26, 2024, one (1) time during the Grand Finale Preliminary Drawings from 12:00PM – 6:00PM and one (1) more time in the Grand Finale Drawing at 6:30PM.
 
22.  ACE Club members may win only one (1) time during the ‘Second Chance Drawings’. The three (3) Finalists from the Grand Prize Finale Game Experience are excluded from the Second Chance Drawings. In order to be eligible, ACE Club members must be playing on the Casino Floor with their ACE Club Card properly inserted into their favorite slot machine or have a live rating at a table game at the time of the drawings.
 
23.  Electronic drawing entries (for the Preliminary, Grand Finale Preliminary and Second Chance Drawings) and drawing entry tickets entries (for the Grand Finale Drawings) earned will expire on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at the end of the last drawing.
 
GENERAL RULES:
 
1.     Must be 21 year or older to participate.
 
2.     Must be an ACE Club member to participate.
3.     Restricted players are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
4.     Players are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect on their behalf.
5.     Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.
6.     Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of Agua Caliente Casinos. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club brochures.
7.     Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use. 
8.     Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.
9.     Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
10.  The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).
11.  Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct mail letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.
 
12.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Internal Controls for Player Disputes.
 
13.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
 
14.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.
 
15.  Gift Card prize cannot be substituted for Cash, Free Slot Play, or Promotional Chips.
 
16.  The Grand Finale Drawing winner will have 24 hours to select one (1) of the below listed options for their prize. The property in which the winner claims will provide the winner with a designated contact person and winner’s letter. The winner is to respond via e-mail, by phone or in person at the ACE Club within 24 hours to select their prize option:
·      Option 1:  $40,000 Dealership Credit to Jessup Auto Plaza and $5,000 Cash and a $250 Agua Fuel Gift Card.
·      Option 2: $40,000 Free Slot Play/Non-Negotiable Chips (Increments of $10,000 to be awarded each month for four (4) months) and $5,000 Cash and a $250 Agua Fuel Gift Card.
17.  If the Grand Finale Drawing winner does not choose their prize option within the 24-hour period allotted, they will forfeit their prize. There will not be another drawing for a new winner.
 
18.  Prize won must be either all Free Slot Play, all Non-Negotiable Chips, or all Cash (no partial payments).
 
19.  A Marketing representative shall escort the Cash prize winner, along with the promotional paperwork, to the Main Cage for payment of the Cash Prize.
 
20.  The Cash prize winner must be paid at the Main Cage.
 
21.  Non-Negotiable Chip prizes will be paid out via a voucher issued to the winner that is then redeemed at the Main Cashier’s Cage. Non-Negotiable Chip vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.
 
22.  Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:
a.     $1 – $100 – Expires in 24 hours
b.     $101 – $1,500 – Expires in 30 days
c.     $1,501 – $5,000 – Expires in 60 days
d.     $5,001 – $19,999 – Expires in 90 days
e.     $20,000+ – Expires in ­­­­6 months
23.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
24.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
