Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs, and Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City, (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM, ACCPS and ACCCC respectively in the promotional rules), otherwise known as Agua Caliente Casinos, will offer ACE Club members who play on the Casino Floor with their ACE Club Card the opportunity to participate in the Liberty Wheel Spin Promotion. When ACE Club members earn either 100 slot points or $27 table game Theoretical (theo) win equivalent while playing at qualifying slot machines or table games, they shall have the chance to spin the Liberty Wheel one (1) time to win a Gift Card or Free Slot Play. ACE Club Members may also earn bonus Free Slot Play by earning additional slot points or table game Theoretical. ACE Club Members will be notified of this promotion via direct marketing offers, e-blast, and property collateral.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

ACE Club members who play on the Casino Floor with their ACE Club Card will have the opportunity to participate in a game experience for a chance to win Gift Card or Free Slot Play. In order to be eligible for the game experience, ACE Club members must earn 100 slot points by playing on qualifying slot machines with their ACE Club Card properly inserted or $27 table games theoretical win (hereinafter referred as Theo) by playing on table game(s) with an open rating on their ACE Club Card at Agua Caliente Casinos and AC Fuel (slots only).  ACE Club members may also earn additional qualifying slot points or table games theo win in order to earn bonus Free Slot Play.

Liberty Wheel Spin Event Details:

Date: Mondays, July 7 – July 28, 2025

Redemption Time: 11:00AM – 10:00PM

Location: ACE Clubs at Agua Caliente Casinos

Earning Period: Earning period begins at 5:00AM and ends at 9:00PM each promotional day (Monday, July 7, 14, 21, and 28, 2025) at Agua Caliente Casinos and AC Fuel (slots only).

Liberty Wheel Spin Slot Point/Table Games Theoretical Win earning requirements are as follows:

• ACE Club members must earn same-day Slot Points or Table Games Theo Win while using their ACE Club Card on the Casino Floor for an opportunity to participate in the “Liberty Wheel Spin Promotion” game experience (see “Liberty Wheel Spin Promotion Slot Point/Table Games Theo Win Earning” & “Liberty Wheel Spin Promotion Earning Details” below).
• Same-day earning period begins at 5:00AM and ends at 9:00PM each promotional day at Agua Caliente Casinos and AC Fuel (slots only).
• Each ACE Club member must verify their slot points earnings or table games theo win at the Agua Caliente CasinosACE Club of their choosing with an authorized ACE Club representative (or above).  
• If earning criteria has been met, the qualified ACE Club member will be directed to spin the Liberty Wheel by an authorized ACE Club representative (or above).
  • ACE Club Members may spin the Liberty Wheel limit one (1) time each promotional day.
• ACE Club members are eligible to participate to spin the wheel one (1) time each promotional day.
• ACE Club Members may earn bonus Free Slot Play based on additional earned Slot Points or Table Games Theo Win (See Slot Point/Table Games Theo Win Earning below).
• ACE Club members may earn one (1) of the Bonus Free Slot Play offers based on earned Slot Points or Table Games Theo Win each promotional day.
  • ACE Club members will not be eligible to earn and receive both bonus Free Slot Play offers on the same promotional day.
• Bonus Free Slot Play may be redeemed after a qualifying Liberty Wheel spin with an ACE Club representative (or above) by visiting any ACE Club.

Liberty Wheel Spin Promotion Earning Details for Slot Points:

• Slot points are earned by playing on qualifying slot machines on the Casino Floor with an ACE Club Card properly inserted.
• Every $10 dollars played on slot machine equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals three (3) slot points. Rated table games play, live poker table, roulette, and keno do not qualify for slot points. Slot points must be earned through slots or video poker only.
• Slot Points are cumulative per promotional day.
• IMPORTANT: Electronic slot earning can be earned based on carded slot play at any Agua Caliente Casino properties (including AC Fuel).

Liberty Wheel Spin Promotion Earning Details for Table Games:

• Table Games play criteria is earned by playing on their favorite table game(s) on the Casino Floor with an open rating on their ACE Club Card.
• Table Games theo win is calculated based on the following, but not limited to, average bet, time played, table game eligibility, etc.
• Table Games earning is cumulative per promotional day.
• IMPORTANT: Table games theo win can be earned based on carded play at any Agua Caliente Casino properties (excluding AC Fuel).

Liberty Wheel Spin Game Experience:

• After verifying eligibility at the ACE Club of their choice with an authorized Marketing representative, the ACE Club member will then have the opportunity to spin the Liberty Wheel.
  • Whichever space the “Liberty Wheel” lands on will determine the gift to be awarded to the winner.
• A full 360-degree wheel spin (or greater) must be completed to be considered an “eligible wheel spin”.
• In the event the wheel does not complete a full 360-degree wheel spin, the ACE Club member will have to spin the wheel again.
• The winner will only win the gift that lands on an “eligible wheel spin”.
• The Liberty Wheel at the respective properties will each display eighteen (18) spaces. Each space will display a different gift option (see Liberty Wheel Spin gift structure below).
• If Gift Card inventory is depleted, winners may receive a $25 Free Slot Play consolation gift.

Liberty Wheel Spin Promotion Prize Pool:

• Estimated maximum available prize pool = $3,000 Gift Cards/Free Slot Play per promotional day per  property.
• Estimated maximum available prize pool = $12,000 Gift Cards/Free Slot Play per property per promotional week (four weeks).
• Estimate maximum available prize pool – $36,000 Gift Cards/Free Slot Play all properties.

GENERAL RULES:

1. Must be 21 years or older to participate.

• Must be or become an ACE Club member to qualify to participate.

• Restricted patrons are not eligible for any/all promotions.
• Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued Gaming license are not eligible to participate.
• Ace, Edge, or Elite Cards are the property of Agua Caliente Casinos. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club brochures.
• Winners must show valid identification to claim a gift (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards.). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a gift.
• ACE Club members are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf.
• Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.

• In the event that the Liberty Wheel Spin Promotion gift card inventory is depleted, a Marketing representatives are authorized to issue a $25 Free Slot Play consolation gift to qualified ACE Club members. Limit one (1) Free Slot Play consolation gifts per qualified ACE Club member, per promotional week, between the all three (3) Agua Caliente Casinos.

1. Direct Marketing Offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate. 
2. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

1. Facsimiles or reproduction of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.
2. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or gift notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
3. The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the Direct Marketing Offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or Direct Marketing Offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

1. All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.

1. Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Agua Caliente Casino.
2. Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:
   1. $0 – $100 – Expires in 24 hours

1. A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to the patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as the ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
