Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City, (hereinafter referred to as ACCCC in the promotional rules), will host Fill Up & Cash In for ACE Club members who present their Agua Caliente Fuel receipt of $25 USD or more to the ACCCC ACE Club on Mondays from December 1, 2025 to February 23, 2026 to receive $25 in Free Slot Play or One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips (also referred to as FSP or OTUNNCs). ACE Club members will be notified via property advertisements, e-blast, and direct marketing. 

Here’s How it Works:
Location: ACCCC ACE Club only
Dates: Mondays from December 1, 2025 to February 23, 2026
·      Times: ACCCC ACE Club operating hours: 9:00AM – 12:00AM

Redemption:

On Monday’s, starting December 1, 2025 to February 23, 2026, when $25 USD or more (pre-tax) is spent at Agua Caliente Fuel, ACE Club members shall receive one (1) $25 FSP or OTUNNCs offer by presenting their qualifying Agua Caliente Fuel receipt to an authorized Marketing representative (or above) at the ACCCC ACE Club (during ACCCC ACE Club operating hours).

·      ACE Club members must visit the ACCCC ACE Club and present their Agua Caliente Fuel receipt to an authorized Marketing representative (or above) on promotional day within seven (7)  days of receipt date to redeem their one (1) $25 FSP or OTUNNCs offer. 

·      FSP or OTUNNCs offer must be redeemed with an authorized Marketing representative (or above) on Mondays between December 1, 2025 to February 23, 2026 during ACCCC ACE Club business hours only.

o   FSP offer is valid for twenty-four (24) hours after issuance and can only be played at ACCCC only.

o   OTUNNCs off will be issued via a voucher by an authorized Marketing representative (or above) at the ACCCC ACE Club. The OTUNNCs voucher is to be paid out at the Main Cage and expires twenty-four (24) hours after issuance

·      To be considered a qualifying receipt is solely based on the pre-tax amount on one (1) individual physical Agua Caliente Fuel receipt.

o   Receipts from Java Caliente located inside of the Agua Caliente Fuel do not qualify.

o   Electronic receipts or an image of a receipt do not qualify.

o   Receipts cannot be combined. 

·      Only original qualifying receipts (not copies) shall be accepted by the ACCCC ACE Club. 

·      ACE Club members will be required to surrender their receipt to an authorized Marketing representative (or above) at the ACCCC ACE Club in order to redeem their FSP or OTUNNCs offer. 

o   Copies of receipts may be issued upon request at the ACCCC ACE Club.   

·      Limit one (1) FSP or OTUNNC offer per qualifying Agua Caliente Fuel receipt of $25 USD or more (pre-tax) per ACE Club member per promotional day.

GENERAL RULES:

1.     Must be 21 years or older to participate.  

2.     Must be or become an ACE Club member to participate.

3.     Restricted players are not eligible for all promotions/events.

4.     Participating ACE Club members are limited to one (1) FSP or OTUNNC offer per promotional day.

5.     Qualifying Agua Caliente Fuel receipts must be redeemed at Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City ACCCC ACE Club.

6.     Only original qualifying receipts (not copies) shall be accepted by the ACCCC ACE Club. Patrons will be required to surrender their receipt in order to redeem their offer. Copies of receipts may be issued to patrons upon request.   

7.     Employees of Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate. 

8.     Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from use of these offers.

9.     Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.

10.  Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures. 

11.  ACE Club Members are not permitted to designate a representative to collect rewards on their behalf

12.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

13.  The Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

14.  The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

15.  Facsimiles or reproduction of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.  

16.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.

17.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures. 

18.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

19.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos websites. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion. 

20.  Redeemed offer must be received in either all FSP or all OTUNNCs (no partial payments)

21.  OTUNNCs prizes will be paid out via a voucher issued at the ACE Club by an authorized Marketing representative (or above) to the ACE Club Member. The OTUNNCs voucher is to be paid out at the Main Cage. OTUNNCs vouchers expire twenty-four (24) hours after issuance.

22.  Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:

a.     $1 – $100 – Expires in 24 hours

23.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
