Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (hereinafter referred to as ACCCC) will give ACE Club members the opportunity to win an Agua Caliente Casinos gift card valued at $250 USD. Prospective and existing ACE Club Members may enter the drawing by signing up or presenting their ACE Club card to an authorized Marketing representative at the Mobile ACE Club Table located outside the Agave Caliente Tequila Bar starting at 7:00PM to 9:30PM on Saturday, June 14, 2025. Prospective and existing ACE Club members will be notified of this promotion via property collateral.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

Prospective ACE Club members may receive a system generated drawing entry when they sign-up for an ACE Club Card with an authorized Marketing representative at the Mobile ACE Club Table, located outside the Agave Caliente Tequila Bar. Additionally, existing ACE Club members may receive a system generated drawing entry by visiting the Mobile ACE Club Table located outside the Agave Caliente Tequila Bar and presenting their ACE Club Card to an authorized Marketing representative. All ACE Club members who receive a drawing entry will have the opportunity to win an Agua Caliente Casinos Gift Card (valued at $250 USD). 

Date and Time:

·      Date: Saturday June 14, 2025

·      Time: 7:00PM – 9:30PM

·      Location: Mobile ACE Club Table (Outside Agave Caliente Tequila Bar)

Drawing:

·      Prospective and existing ACE Club members may receive one (1) system generated drawing entry to be deposited into the drawing barrel by an authorized Marketing representative upon signing up for an ACE Club Card or presenting their ACE Club Card at the Mobile ACE Club Table.

·      The drawing barrel will be located at a table in the back of the Mobile ACE Club Table (outside the Agave Caliente Tequila Bar).

·      Prospective and existing ACE Club members will have from 7:00PM to 9:30PM on Saturday June 14, 2025 to enter into the promotion and have their drawing entries placed into the drawing barrel by an authorized Marketing representative.

·      On Saturday, June 14, 2025 at approximately 10:15PM from the ACCCC ACE Club, an authorized Marketing representative shall draw one (1) winner of an Agua Caliente Casinos gift card, valued at $250 USD.

·      Winner has twenty-four (24) hours (Sunday, June 15, 2025 at 10:15PM) to claim their prize with an authorized Marketing representative from the ACCCC ACE Club.

·      If the winner does not claim their prize within the allotted time limit, the prize will be forfeited and no new winner will be drawn. 

·      ACE Club members do not have to be present to win.

DRAWING AND DRAWING ENTRY RULES:

1.     All drawing promotions shall have a thirty (30) minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.

2.     A system generated voucher will be generated as an entry into the drawings. This system generated voucher will list the ACE Club member’s first and last name, ACE Club account number, date, and a space for the issuing authorized Marketing representative to sign with name and gaming license number. This system generated voucher will act as the member’s drawing entry for the drawings, and will be deposited into the drawing barrel. The voucher will be deposited into the drawing barrel by an authorized Marketing Representative.

3.     For the duration of the event, the Drawing Barrel will be located at a table, located behind the Mobile ACE Club Table (outside the Agave Caliente Tequila Bar). An authorized Marketing representative will issue one (1) system generated drawing entry for each new ACE Club member sign-up or existing ACE Club member who presents their ACE Club Card from 7:00PM to 9:30PM on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at the Mobile ACE Club Table (outside the Agave Caliente Tequila Bar). Once the system generated drawing entry is issued, the authorized Marketing representative will take the physical system generated drawing entry and deposit it into the drawing barrel. 

4.     Prior to the promotion, the drawing barrel will be transported from the ACCCC ACE Club to the promotional area located at a table, located behind the Mobile ACE Club Table (outside the Agave Caliente Tequila Bar), under ACGC Surveillance camera coverage, and notification to ACGC Surveillance. On the promotional day at approximately 9:30PM, the drawing barrel will return to the ACCCC ACE Club and be placed at the ACCCC ACE Club back counter with a Security Officer escort and notification to ACGC Surveillance. On Saturday June 14, 2025 at approximately 10:15PM from the ACCCC ACE Club, an authorized Marketing representative, with an additional authorized Marketing representative serving as witness, will draw one (1) drawing entry awarding, an Agua Caliente Casinos gift card valued at $250 USD. 

5.     The winner will be announced on the ACCCC Casino Floor on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at approximately 10:15PM and will have twenty-four (24) hours to claim their prize at the ACCCC ACE Club (concluding Sunday, June 15 at 10:15PM) with an authorized Marketing representative. 

6.     Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (as applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

7.     The Winner’s Release Form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) authorized Marketing representative and one (1) additional signature of an authorized Marketing representative for verification. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State, and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.

8.     For each winner selected, an authorized Marketing representative will enter the following information on the Winners Log: Date and time of the promotion, winner’s first and last name, winner’s ACE Club number and the award or prize won. The authorized Marketing representative shall sign the log with their name and gaming license number attesting to the prize distribution. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize. 

9.     Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize. 

GENERAL RULES: 

1.     Must be 21 years or older to participate.  

2.     Must be or become an ACE Club member to participate.

3.     ACE Club members do not need to be present to win.

4.     Restricted players are not eligible to participate in this promotion. 

5.     Employees of Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.

6.     Agua Caliente Casinos Gift Cards are valid for purchases made at Agua Caliente Casinos owned dining and retail/gift shop outlets, Sunstone Spa, The Spa at Sec-he, Agua Caliente Fuel and hotel stays at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage only.

7.     The Agua Caliente Casinos Gift Cards may not be used for gaming, or exchanged for Free Slot Play or Non-Negotiable Chips. The Agua Caliente Casinos Gift Cards may not be exchanged for cash. The Agua Caliente Casinos Gift Card may not be used for the purchase of alcohol.

8.     Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of Agua Caliente Casinos. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club brochures.

9.     Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers

10.  Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.  

11.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

12.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

13.  The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s). 

14.  Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct mail letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate. 

15.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.

16.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

17.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

18.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion. 

19.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
