The Poker Room at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage (ACCRM) will present the Bonus Hands Payout poker promotion for all live Texas Hold‘Em and Omaha games beginning April 1st, 2023 through March 31st, 2024.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

Poker players who play a live Texas Hold‘Em or Omaha game will have the opportunity to win cash payouts for qualifying hands made during the Bonus Hands Payout poker promotional period.
Qualifying Hands for the Bonus Hands Payout Poker Promotion:
• Texas Hold‘Em:

1. Make a Full House (Aces Full ONLY) and have a different player at the same table make a Four of a Kind or better on the same hand and win $500 for the Ace’s Full hand and win $250 for the Four of a Kind or better hand.
2. Make a Four of a Kind and have a different player at the same table make a higher Four of a Kind or better on the same hand and win $1,000 for the smaller Four of a Kind hand and make $500 for the greater Four of a Kind or better hand.
3. Make a Straight Flush and have a different player at the same table make a higher Straight Flush or better on the same hand and win $1,500 for the smaller Straight Flush hand and make $750 for the greater Straight Flush or better hand.
   • Omaha with 4-cards dealt:
4. Make a Full House (Aces Full of Queens or Kings ONLY) and have a different player at the same table make a Four of a Kind or better on the same hand and win $250 for the Aces Full of Queens or Kings hand and win $125 for the Four of a Kind or better hand.
5. Make a Four of a Kind and have a different player at the same table make a higher Four of a Kind or better on the same hand and win $500 for the smaller Four of a Kind hand and make $250 for the greater Four of a Kind or better hand.
6. Make a Straight Flush and have a different player at the same table make a higher Straight Flush or better on the same hand and win $750 for the smaller Straight Flush hand and make $375 for the greater Straight Flush or better hand.
   • Omaha with 5-cards dealt:
7. Make a Four of a Kind and have a different player at the same table make a higher Four of a Kind or better on the same hand and win $300 for the smaller Four of a Kind hand and make $150 for the greater Four of a Kind or better hand.
8. Make a Straight Flush and have a different player at the same table make a higher Straight Flush or better on the same hand and win $500 for the smaller Straight Flush hand and make $250 for the greater Straight Flush or better hand.
   MAKING THE HANDS TO BEAT RULES:
9. Bonus Hands Payout must be won on a live game during the promotional time period. Must be at least five (5) active players at a table to qualify for a payout.
10. Hands must be played to completion.
11. Players may not use the “Board” to qualify for a winning hand.
12. This applies only to live poker games in the ACCRM Poker Room.
13. There is no limit to the number of Bonus Hands Payout one (1) player may win per promotional day.
14. Only the two (2) qualifying hands made in the Bonus Hands Payout poker promotion may be won per hand played.
15. For all Bonus Hands Payout played to qualify: “Both Cards Must Play to Qualify”.
16. In Texas Hold‘Em: When more than one (1) player makes a qualifying hand of Ace’s Full, only the highest Ace’s Full hand will win.

GENERAL RULES:

1. Players must be 21 years of age or older to participate.
2. Players do not need to be an ACE Club member to participate.
3. Restricted players are not eligible to participate.
4. Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are eligible to participate according to the ACBCI Casino Operations Gambling Policy
5. Employees of the Poker Department are not eligible to participate.
6. Agents are not authorized to participate on behalf of any patron or collect any awards on behalf of any patron.
7. For each prize won, an authorized Poker Department team member will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date and time of the promotion, winner’s name, ACE Club account number (when applicable), prize amount won, along with the Poker Department team member’s signature and gaming license number. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.
8. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.
9. The Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
10. Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. are held harmless from the award or use of the prize.
11. Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must be located within each Casino.
12. All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.
13. All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
14. A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Poker Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
15. The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
