Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs & Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City, (referred to as ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC respectively in the promotion rules), otherwise known as Agua Caliente Casinos, will host the “$50,000 Black Friday Bonanza Sweepstakes”. ACE Club members will have the opportunity to win their share of $50,000 in Cash Prizes and VISA Gift Cards! ACE Club members can earn electronic drawing entries by playing with their ACE Club Card at their favorite slot machines or table games on the Casino Floor. The Grand Prize Drawing on November 29, 2024 at 8:30PM will be conducted at ACCCC, but shall be announced at all Agua Caliente Casinos. ACE Club members shall be notified of this promotion via direct marketing offers, e-blast, and property collateral.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: 

Initial Qualifying Period:

§  All ACE Club members who earn 1,500 slot points or $400 table games theoretical (theo) win beginning at 12:01AM on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 through 11:59PM on Thursday, October 31, 2024, will become eligible for the $50,000 Black Friday Bonanza Sweepstakes, to be held on Friday, November 29, 2024 from 5:00PM to 9:00PM at all Agua Caliente Casinos. 

o   ACE Club members who do not earn the required slot points or theo win during the initial qualifying period will not be eligible for any of the Black Friday Drawings. 

$50,000 Black Friday Bonanza Sweepstakes Drawings:

§  Starting on Friday, November 1 – Friday, November 29, 2024, all qualified ACE Club members who earned the required 1,500 slot points or $400 table games theo win will have the opportunity to earn electronic drawing entries towards the Black Friday Gift Card Drawings, Black Friday Grand Prize Drawings and the Black Friday Second Chance Drawings. 

§  Electronic drawing entry earning period begins November 1, 2024 at 12:01AM and ends ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing on Friday, November 29, 2024. 

o   The qualifying slot points/ table games theo win earned during the initial qualifying period will not be counted towards electronic drawing entries for the $50,000 Black Friday Bonanza Sweepstakes Drawings. 

Electronic Drawing Entry Earning Slot Machine:

§  All qualified ACE Club members who earned the required 1,500 slot points for $50,000 Black Friday Bonanza Sweepstakes are eligible to earn electronic drawing entries towards Black Friday Gift Card Drawings, Black Friday Grand Prize Drawings, and Black Friday Second Chance Drawings.

§  Electronic drawing entry earning for qualified ACE Club members begins on Tuesday, November 1, 2024 at 12:01AM and ends ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing on Friday, November 29, 2024.

§  10 slot points earned = one (1) drawing entry. Every $10 dollars played on slot machines equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals three (3) slot points. Rated table games play and live poker table play do not qualify for slot points. Slot points must be earned through slots or video poker only.

§  Electronic Drawing Entry Earning for Black Friday Gift Card Drawings & Black Friday Grand Prize Drawings:

o   All qualified ACE Club members who earned the required 1,500 slot points for $50,000 Black Friday Bonanza Sweepstakes may begin to earn slot points for electronic drawing entries on Tuesday, November 1, 2024 at 12:01AM until Friday, November 29, 2024 based on the following times below:

·      Black Friday Gift Card Drawings: 7:50PM

·      Black Friday Grand Prize Drawing: 8:20PM

§  Electronic Drawing Entry Earning for Black Friday Second Chance Drawings:

o   All qualified ACE Club members who earned the required 1,500 slot points for the $50,000 Black Friday Bonanza Sweepstakes and who were not selected as the winner of the Black Friday Grand Prize Drawing may begin to earn slot points for electronic drawing entries Tuesday, November 1, 2024 at 12:01AM until ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing on Friday November 29, 2024.

§  IMPORTANT: Electronic drawing entries can be earned based on slot play while playing with their ACE Club Card properly inserted at any of the Agua Caliente Casino properties, including AC Fuel.

Electronic Drawing Entry Earning Table Games:

§  $5 table games theo win = one (1) drawing entry.

§  All qualified ACE Club members who earned the required $400 theo win for $50,000 Black Friday Bonanza Sweepstakes are eligible to earn electronic drawing entries towards Black Friday Gift Card Drawings, Black Friday Grand Prize Drawings, and Black Friday Second Chance Drawings.

§  Electronic drawing entry earning begins on Tuesday, November 1, 2024 at 12:01AM and ends ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing on Friday, November 29, 2024.

§  Electronic Drawing Entry Earning for Black Friday Gift Card Drawings & Black Friday Grand Prize Drawings:

o   All qualified ACE Club members who earned the required $400 theo win for $50,000 Black Friday Bonanza Sweepstakes may begin to earn Table Games Theo Win for electronic table games drawing entries on Tuesday, November 1, 2024 at 12:01AM until Friday, November 29, 2024 based on the following times below:

·      Black Friday Gift Card Drawings: 7:50PM

·      Black Friday Grand Prize Drawing: 8:20PM

§  Electronic Drawing Entry Earning for Black Friday Second Chance Drawings:

o   All qualified ACE Club members who earned the required $400 theo win for the $50,000 Black Friday Bonanza Sweepstakes and who were not selected as the winner of the Black Friday Grand Prize Drawing may begin to earn Table Games Theo Win for electronic table games drawing entries on Tuesday, November 1, 2024 at 12:01AM towards the Black Friday Second Chance Drawings until ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing on Friday November 29, 2024.

§  IMPORTANT: Electronic table game drawing entries can be earned based on carded table games play at Agua Caliente Casino properties (excluding AC Fuel).

Black Friday Drawing Structure:

§  On Friday, November 29, 2024, starting at 5:00PM, all qualified ACE Club members who earned the required 1,500 slot points or $400 Theo Win during the initial qualifying period (October 1- October 31, 2024) will be invited to take part in the $50,000 Black Friday Bonanza Sweepstakes.

o   ACE Club members who do not earn the required 1,500 slot points or $400 theo win within the initial qualifying period of Tuesday, October 1- Thursday, October 31, 2024 will not be eligible for any of the $50,000 Black Friday Bonanza Sweepstakes drawings.

§  Qualified ACE Club members may win up to two (2) times during the $50,000 Black Friday Bonanza Sweepstakes, one (1) time during the Black Friday Gift Card Drawings from 5:00PM – 8:00PM and one (1) more time for the Grand Prize Drawing of $25,000 Cash at 8:30PM OR the Black Friday Second Chance Drawing of $5,000 Cash at 9:00PM. 

o   Winner of the Black Friday Grand Prize Drawing of $25,000 Cash will not be eligible for the Black Friday Second Chance Drawing.

§  Must be present to win.

§  To be eligible for the $50,000 Black Friday Bonanza Sweepstakes drawings,ACE Club members must earn a required amount of slot points or table games theo win while playing with their ACE Club Card properly inserted at their favorite slot machines or actively playing at a live table game with an open rating on the Casino Floor.

·      Slot Players who qualify to participate must activate earned electronic drawing entries at minimum of two (2) hours and at least ten (10) minutes prior to each drawing time.

§   (See “The Following Rules Apply to Promotional Drawings using PlayerSoft”, Rule #5 (a) (b) & #6). 

·      Table Games Players who qualify to participate must activate their earned entries, the ACE Club member must begin a session of play at a table game a minimum of two (2) hours before the drawing.

·      Open table games ratings will be closed by a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) starting thirty (30) minutes prior to the first drawing and every two (2) hours until the end of the drawings to activate entries into the drawing.

·      If a player is actively playing at the time of activation, Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) will close the rating to activate entries and then re-open their rating immediately. This process must be repeated for each activation time, to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum since the last activation.

§  4:30PM activation– qualifies for 5:00PM – 6:30PM drawings

§  6:30PM activation– qualifies for 7:00PM – 8:30PM drawings

§  8:30PM activation– qualifies for 9:00PM drawing

o   On Friday, November 29, 2024, the Black Friday Gift Card drawings will be conducted from 5:00PM-8:00PM from the promotional areas at each property, following the schedule listed below:

o   Qualified ACE Club members may win two (2) times across all three (3) Agua Caliente Casinos, one (1) time during the Black Friday Gift Card Drawings from 5:00PM – 8:00PM and one (1) more time in either the Black Friday Grand Prize Drawing at 8:30PM or Black Friday Second Chance Drawing at 9:00PM.

“Black Friday Grand Prize” Drawing: 

o   At 8:30PM on Friday, November 29, 2024, one (1) winner will be selected to win the Grand Prize of $25,000 Cash.

·      Must be present at any of the Agua Caliente Casinos (ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC) in orderto win the Grand Prize.

o   Winner of the Cash Prize may choose to be awarded in Free Slot Play or Non-Negotiable Chips (no partial payments)

o   ACE Club members may win two (2) times across all three (3) Agua Caliente Casinos, one (1) time during the Black Friday Gift Card Drawings from 5:00PM – 8:00PM and one (1) more time in either the Black Friday Grand Prize Drawing at 8:30PM or Black Friday Second Chance Drawing at 9:00PM.

“Black Friday Second Chance” Drawing: 

o   At 9:00PM on Friday, November 29, 2024, the Black Friday Second Chance Drawing will be conducted at each Agua Caliente Casinos promotional area.

·      The winner of the “Black Friday Grand Prize Drawing” is not eligible for the 9:00PM “Black Friday Second Chance Drawings”.

·      Black Friday Second Chance Drawings: (November 29, 2024 at ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC):

o   Per Property: $5,000 Cash (or $5,000 Free Slot Play or Non-Negotiable Chips) 

§  Total Combined All Properties: $15,000 Cash (or $15,000 Free Slot Play or Non-Negotiable Chips)

·      Total Prize Pool Combined: $12,000 VISA Gift Cards + Up to $40,000 Cash (or $40,000 Free Slot Play or Non-Negotiable Chips)

The Following Rules Apply to Promotional Drawings using PlayerSoft:

1.     Slot players must earn electronic drawing entries by accumulating slot points. Players can accumulate slot points while playing slot machines anywhere on the Casino Floor with their ACE Club Card properly inserted into a slot machine, at Agua Caliente Casinos and AC Fuel. Slot players earn one (1) electronic drawing entry per 10 slot points earned during the promotional period. Electronic drawing entries are automatically entered into the PlayerSoft “virtual” drawing barrel. ACE Club members must earn 1,500 slot points or $400 theo win within the initial qualifying period to qualify.

2.     All initial qualifying slot points and/or table games rated play for the $50,000 Black Friday Bonanza Sweepstakes must be earned starting at 12:01AM on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 and will end at 11:59PM on Thursday, October 31, 2024. Slot points can be earned at any Agua Caliente Casino (including AC Fuel). Table Games theo win can be earned at any Agua Caliente Casino (excluding AC Fuel).

3.     The slot points/ table games theo win earned during the initial qualifying period will not earn electronic drawing entries for the $50,000 Black Friday Bonanza Sweepstakes Drawing.

4.     Once initial earning requirements are met, electronic drawing entries earning for slots/table games begins on November 1, 2024 through November 29, 2024 shall go towards the $50,000 Black Friday Bonanza Sweepstakes drawings on November 29, 2024. Slot points can be earned at any Agua Caliente Casino including AC Fuel. (See “Electronic Drawing Entry Earning”). Table Games drawing entries can be earned at any Agua Caliente Casino (excluding AC Fuel).

5.     Players must activate their electronic drawing entries on the day of each drawing. In order to successfully activate electronic drawing entries towards each drawing, the qualified ACE Club members will be required to follow the below steps:

a)       Using their ACE Club Card, the ACE Club member will begin a session of play at a slot machine. 

b)      The ACE Club member must close their rating by removing their ACE Club Card from a slot machine within two (2) hours or at least 10 minutes prior to any upcoming drawing time. This process must be repeated for every drawing time to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum. 

6.     For slot players and table game players, all electronic drawing entries must be activated a minimum of (2) hours and at least ten (10) minutes prior to each drawing time in order to be eligible to win. A sweep will be done on PlayerSoft ten (10) minutes prior to the drawing time to begin populating entries earned up to that point for winners. Announcements will be made on the Casino Floor from each promotional area throughout the drawing day to remind patrons how and when to activate their electronic drawing entries

7.     Table Games players earn electronic drawing entries by accumulating a $5 table game theo win while playing at a table with their ACE Club Card. Table game players earn one (1) electronic drawing entry per $5 table game theo win accumulated during the promotional period. Table game entries can be earned at Agua Caliente Casinos excluding AC Fuel. (See “Table Game Electronic Drawing Entry Earning”)

8.     Table Games players must activate their electronic drawing entries on the day of the drawings. In order to successfully activate electronic drawing entries towards each drawing, the qualified ACE Club members will be required to follow the below steps. 

a.       Using their ACE Club Card, the ACE Club member must begin a session of play at a table game a maximum of two (2) hours before each drawing session.

b.       A Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) must close all player ratings 30 minutes prior to the first drawing and every two (2) hours until the end of the promotion to activate the electronic drawing.

c.       If a player is actively playing at the time of activation, a Table Games Floor Supervisor (or above) will close the rating at 4:30PM, 6:30PM & 8:30PM to activate entries and then re-open their rating immediately. This process must be repeated for each activation time, to repopulate any new entries earned into the electronic drawing drum since the last activation.

9.     Once an electronic drawing entry is selected and the winning name is announced, the player will have three (3) minutes to report to the promotional area. Winners may also contact a Slot or Security Department employee. The Slot or Security Department employee will notify an authorized Marketing representative of the promotional event that a winner has identified themselves within the three (3) minute time limit and is being sent to the promotional area to be verified as an eligible winner before another name is drawn. The winner’s drawing and eligibility will be verified by two (2) authorized Marketing representatives before the prize is awarded. A Winners Log will be kept to indicate the entries drawn, winner’s name(s) and any electronic drawing entries drawn that are “ineligible “or “no-shows”. 

10.  ACE Club members may win two (2) times across all three (3) Agua Caliente Casinos, one (1) time during the Black Friday Gift Card Drawings from 5:00PM – 8:00PM and one (1) more time in either the Black Friday Grand Prize Drawing at 8:30PM or Black Friday Second Chance Drawing at 9:00PM.

11.  Winners must be present at the Agua Caliente Casino property their name was announced from to claim prizes for the Black Friday Gift Card Drawings and Black Friday Second Chance Drawings. The winner of the Black Friday Grand Prize Drawing (Conducted at ACCCC but announced at all Agua Caliente Casinos) must be present at any of the Agua Caliente Casinos to claim their prize. In the event that a winner does not show up, we will re-draw for another winner. This allows another ACE Club member an opportunity to win in that drawing. In the event the winner does not show up to claim their prize within the allotted three (3) minute period, that winner will be marked as a “no show” on the Winners Log.

12.  ACE Club members are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf. 

13.  For Non-Negotiable Chip Prizes, an authorized Marketing representative will verify each winner’s ID and ACE Club Card before prizes are issued. An authorized Marketing representative will require the winner to sign the Winners Log before issuing a Non-Negotiable Chip Prizes Comp Voucher to the ACE Club member’s account. Once the voucher has printed the, the authorized issuer (or above) will sign the voucher with name and gaming license number and instruct the winner to present the voucher to the Main Cashier’s Cage to receive their prize in Non-Negotiable Chips. Non-Negotiable Chips vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.

14.  All drawing promotions shall have a 30-minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.

15.  For each electronic drawing entry drawn, an authorized Marketing representative will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date of the promotion; winner’s name and ACE Club number; and the award or prize won. The authorized Marketing representative will sign with name and gaming license number the last page of the log attesting to the prize distribution. The winner shall sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize. 

16.  Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (if applicable). The Winners Logs and Winner’s Release Forms give Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

17.  The Winners Release Form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) authorized Marketing representative and one (1) additional signature of an authorized Marketing representative for verification. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State, and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.

18.  Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards.).  Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize.

19.  At the conclusion of the promotion, all promotion information, including promotion dates, promotion parameters, total number of electronic drawing entries, number of electronic drawing entries by player name, and the names of winners shall be saved and archived in the PlayerSoft system. All electronic drawing entries achieved during the promotional period shall be considered null and void for all future drawings.  

20.  In the event that all systems go OFFLINE and become inoperable for any reason, the on-site ACGC Gaming Inspector and ACGC Surveillance Department will be notified immediately. Drawings will cease until the system is back online and fully operational. No manual drawing entries or prizes will be issued in lieu of the system being “offline.” 

21.  All Electronic drawing entries earned will expire on Friday, November 29, 2024, at the end of the last drawing

GENERAL RULES:

1.     Must be 21 year or older to participate.

2.     Must be an ACE Club member to participate.

3.     Restricted players will not be eligible to participate in this promotion. 

4.     Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate. 

5.     Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures.

6.     Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.

7.     Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

8.     Facsimiles or reproduction of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use. 

9.     Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

10.  The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

11.  Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.

12.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.

13.  The Black Friday Grand Prize Drawing of $25,000 Cash shall be conducted from the promotional area at ACCCC but shall be announced from the promotional areas at ACCRM & ACCPS as well.

14.  The Black Friday Grand Prize Drawing Winner can be present at any of the Agua Caliente Casinos to win.

15.  All initial qualifying slot points and/or table games rated play for the $50,000 Black Friday Bonanza Sweepstakes must be earned starting at 12:01AM on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 and will end at 11:59PM on Thursday, October 31, 2024. Slot points can be earned at any Agua Caliente Casino including AC Fuel. (See “Electronic Drawing Entry Earning”). Table Games drawing entries can be earned at any Agua Caliente Casino excluding AC Fuel.

16.  The required 1,500 slot points or $400 table games theo win earned during the initial qualifying period will not count towards electronic drawing entries for the $50,000 Black Friday Bonanza Sweepstakes Drawings. 

17.  Electronic drawing entry earning for qualified ACE Club members begins on Tuesday, November 1, 2024 at 12:01AM and ends ten (10) minutes prior to the last drawing on Friday, November 29, 2024. 

18.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

19.  In the event that the Black Friday Grand Prize Drawing and/or Black Friday Second Chance Drawing winners selects the Cash Prize option, the winners must be paid at the Main Cage.  

20.  A Marketing representative shall escort the Cash prize winner, along with the promotional paperwork, to the Main Cage for payment of the Cash Prize.

21.  If the Cash winner is requesting to receive either Free Slot Play or Non-Negotiable Chipsin lieu of the Cash Prize, it must be taken in either all Free Slot Play or all Non-Negotiable Chips (no partial payments).

22.   Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:

a.     $1,501 – $5,000 – Expires in 60 Days

b.     $5,001 – $19,999 – Expires in 90 days

c.     $20,000+ – Expires 6 months

23.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

24.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

25.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
