Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs, and Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City, (referred to as ACCRM, ACCPS and ACCCC respectively in the promotional rules), otherwise known as Agua Caliente Casinos, will offer ACE Club members who play on the Casino Floor with their ACE Club Card the opportunity to participate in the 30^th Anniversary Wheel Spin by swiping their ACE Club Card at the Everi Trilogy Promotional Kiosk (referred to as “promotional kiosk” in the promotion rules) and then visiting theAgua Caliente Casinos ACE Club for a chance to win Free Slot Play, Promotional Chips (hereinafter referred as Non-Negotiable Chips or NNC) or 30 Year Anniversary Gift. ACE Club Members will be notified of this promotion via direct marketing offers, e-blast, and property collateral.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: 

ACE Club members who play on the Agua Caliente Casino Floor with their ACE Club Card will have the opportunity to participate in a game experience for a chance to win Free Slot Play, NNCs or a variety of 30 Year Anniversary Gifts. ACE Club members must earn Slot Points by playing on their favorite slot machines with their ACE Club Card properly inserted or Table Games Theoretical (hereinafter referred as Theo) Win by playing on their favorite table game(s) with an open rating on their ACE Club Card at Agua Caliente Casinos and AC Fuel (slots only).

30^th Anniversary Wheel Spin Event Details:

Date: Thursdays, April 3 – April 24, 2025

Redemption Time: 10:00AM – 4:00PM

Location: Agua Caliente Casinos Promotional Areas:

o   ACCCC: Center of the Casino Floor

o   ACCPS:  Near the Valet Entrance 

o   ACCRM: In Front of the ACE Club  

Earning Period: Earning period begins at 12:01AM and ends at 3:50PM each promotional day (Thursday, April 3, 10, 17, and 24, 2025) at Agua Caliente Casinos and AC Fuel (slots only).

30^th Anniversary Wheel Spin Slot Point/Table Games Theoretical Win earning requirements are as follows: 

·      ACE Club members must earn same-day Slot Points or Table Games Theo Win while using their ACE Club Card on the Agua Caliente Casino Floor for an opportunity to participate in the “30^th Anniversary Wheel Spin” game experience (see “30^th Anniversary Wheel Spin Slot Point/Table Games Theo Win Earning” & “30^th Anniversary Wheel Spin Earning Details” below).

·      Same-day earning period begins at 12:01AM and ends at 3:50PM each promotional day at Agua Caliente Casinos and AC Fuel (slots only).

·      Each ACE Club member must verify their slot points earnings or table games theo win at the Agua Caliente Casinospromotional kiosk. If earning criteria has been met, the qualified ACE Club member will receive a voucher from the promotional kiosk to take to the Agua Caliente Casinospromotional area to spin the wheel. The ACE Club member will be instructed by the promotional kiosk to bring the voucher to the promotional area of the Agua Caliente Casino location it was printed to redeem their wheel spin with an authorized Marketing Representative (or above). 

o   This process can be repeated up to three (3) times each promotional day.

·      Each time an ACE Club member reaches a slot point or table games theo win threshold and eligibility is verified by the promotional kiosk, they shall have the opportunity to participate in the “30^th Anniversary Wheel Spin” game experience.

·      In the event the promotional kiosks are unavailable, verification of qualifying same-day slot points or table games theo win can be verified at the Agua Caliente CasinosACE Club by an ACE Club Representative (or above) or Marketing representative, through Patron Management. 

·      ACE Club members are eligible to participate up to three (3) times each promotional day based on earned Slot Points or Table Games Theo Win (See Slot Point/Table Games Theo Win Earning below).

30^th Anniversary Wheel Spin Earning Details:

·      Slot Points:

o   Slot points are earned by playing on slot machines on the Casino Floor with an ACE Club Card properly inserted.

o   Every $10 dollars played on slot machine equals three (3) slot points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals three (3) slot points. Rated table games play and live poker table do not qualify for slot points. Slot points must be earned through slots or video poker only.

o   Slot Points are cumulative per promotional day.

§  The first seventy-five (75) slot points qualifies for the first (1) spin, the second additional seventy-five (75) slot points would qualify a second (2) spin, the third additional seventy-five (75) slot points would qualify for the third (3) and final spin.

o   IMPORTANT: Electronic slot earning can be earned based on carded slot play at any Agua Caliente Casino properties (including AC Fuel).

·      Table Games:

o   Table Games play criteria is earned by playing on table game(s) on the Casino Floor with an open rating on their ACE Club Card.

§  Table Games theo win is calculated based on the following, but not limited to, average bet, time played, table game eligibility, etc.

o   Table Games earning is cumulative per promotional day. 

§  The first $20 Table Games Theo win qualifies for the first (1) spin, additional $20 Table Games Theo win qualifies you for the second (2) spin, additional $20 Table Games Theo win qualifies you for the third (3) and final spin.

o   IMPORTANT: Table games theo win can be earned based on carded play at any Agua Caliente Casino properties (excluding AC Fuel).

30^th Anniversary Wheel Spin Game Experience: 

·      After verifying eligibility at the Agua Caliente Casinos promotional kiosk, the ACE Club member will then have the opportunity to spin the “30^th Anniversary Gift Wheel”. Whichever space the “Wheel” lands on will determine the gift to be awarded to the winner.

·      A full 360-degree wheel spin (or greater) must be completed to be considered an “eligible wheel spin”.

o   In the event the wheel does not complete a full 360-degree wheel spin (or greater), the ACE Club member will have to spin the wheel again.

·      The winner will only win the gift that lands on an “eligible wheel spin”. 

·      The “30 Year Anniversary Gift Wheel” will each display thirty-two (32) spaces. Each space will display a different gift option (see 30^th Anniversary Wheel Spin gift structure below).

·      Winners of Free Slot Play or NNC must choose the prize amount in either all Free Slot Play or all NNC (no partial payments).

·      Winners of 30 Anniversary Gift shall pick from a variety of other available gifts (No substitution for Free Slot Play or NNCs).

·      If gift inventory is depleted, Winners may receive a $15 Free Slot Play consolation gift.

·      ACE Club members are eligible to win up to three (3) times per promotional day.

30 Year Anniversary Gift Wheel Prize Pool:

·      Estimated maximum available prize pool = $9,500 Gifts/FSP/NNC per promotional day per location

·      Estimated maximum available prize pool = $38,000 Gifts/FSP/NNC per location for the duration of the promotion (four weeks)

·      Estimate maximum available prize pool – $114,000 Gifts/FSP/NNC combined

GENERAL RULES:

1.     Must be 21 years or older to participate.

2.     Must be or become an ACE Club member to qualify to participate. 

3.     Restricted patrons are not eligible for any/all promotions.

4.     Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued Gaming license are not eligible to participate. 

5.     Ace, Edge, or Elite Cards are the property of Agua Caliente Casinos. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club brochures.

6.     Winners must show valid identification to claim a gift (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards.). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a gift.

7.     ACE Club members are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf. 

8.     Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.

9.     In the event that the 30^th Anniversary Wheel Spin gift inventory is depleted at one (1) or more Agua Caliente Casinos, authorized Marketing representatives are authorized to issue a $15 Free Slot Play consolation gift to qualified ACE Club members. Limit three (3) Free Slot Play consolation gifts per qualified ACE Club member, per promotional week, between the all three (3) Agua Caliente Casinos.

10.  Direct Marketing Offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.  

11.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

12.  Facsimiles or reproduction of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use. 

13.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or gift notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

14.  The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the Direct Marketing Offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or Direct Marketing Offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s). 

15.  Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log will be signed prior to the payment of prizes/giveaways, as applicable. 

16.  At the conclusion of a promotion, Winners Logs and inventory logs will be reviewed for accuracy by the Marketing Department. Once verified, Winners Logs and inventory logs will be placed in Marketing Storage once the promotion concludes.

17.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.

18.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

19.  On Thursdays, between April 3– April 24, 2025, after verifying eligibility at the Agua Caliente Casinos promotional kiosks, the qualified ACE Club member will then have the opportunity to spin the “30^th Anniversary Gift Wheel” displaying the same gift structure. (Each Agua Caliente Casino property location will have one (1) wheel.).

20.  In the event that the promotional kiosks are unavailable, verification of qualifying same-day slot points or table games theoretical win can be verified at the Agua Caliente Casinos ACE Club through Patron Management by an ACE Club Representative (or above) or Marketing representative.  

21.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Agua Caliente Casino. 

22.  Free Slot Play and Non-Negotiable Chips amounts won must be received in either all Free Slot Play or all Non-Negotiable Chips (no partial payments).

23.  Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:

o   $0 – $100 – Expires in 24 hours

24.  For Non-Negotiable Chip Prizes, an authorized Team Member will verify each winner’s ID and ACE Club Card before prizes are issued. An authorized Team Member will require the winner to sign the Winners Log before issuing a Non-Negotiable Chip Prizes Comp Voucher to the VIP’s account. Once the voucher has printed, the authorized issuer (or above) will sign the voucher with name and gaming license number and instruct the winner to present the voucher to the Main Cashier’s Cage to receive their prize in Non-Negotiable Chips. Non-Negotiable Chip vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.

25.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to the patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

26.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as the ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
