Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs, and Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City, (referred to as ACCRM, ACCPS and ACCCC respectively in the promotional rules) will offer Table Games players the opportunity to earn entries daily by playing Table Games, for a chance to win weekly Non-Negotiable Chip prizes and a Grand Finale Drawing prize of a Golf Cart. ACE Players Club members will be notified of this promotion via direct marketing offers, e-blast, and property collateral.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

Table Games players will earn drawing entries beginning on Monday, May 1, 2023 at 12:01AM through Friday, June 30, 2023 at the time of the drawing. Players must be an ACE Players Club member to win. Drawings will be held based on the below schedule:

Drawing Structure:

Drawings will be held on the following days of the week for each Casino:

ACE Players Club members have the opportunity to win once per property per promotional week.
ACE Player Club members may win once (1) in the 6PM – 9PM preliminary drawings on the Grand Finale Day and once (1) in the Grand Finale Drawing at 9:30PM.
The Grand Finale Drawing winner may choose in lieu of the Golf Cart (valued at $10,000-USD):

Entry Earning:

Table Games players can begin earning entries daily as of 12:01AM on Monday, May 1, 2023 until the time of the drawing on Friday, June 30, 2023.
Players are not required to be an ACE Club member or be actively playing with their ACE Players Club Card at the time of receiving the entry, but they must either:
Enroll into the ACE Players Club to receive a Player ID # for their ACE Players Club account, in order to complete their drawing entry, or
If they are already enrolled into the ACE Players Club, they must apply their Players ID # to their drawing entry before depositing it into the drawing barrel. 
Any drawing entries that do not include a Player ID # recorded on the entry, will be considered void and ineligible for the drawing if selected. If there is no ACE Players Club Card number listed on the drawing entry, a new winner will be drawn in its place.
Each Casino may offer some or all of the Table Games listed below. ACE Players Club members can speak with a representative of the Table Games Department at each Casino, to receive information on which Table Games are eligible for drawing entry earning.
Table Games players will receive drawing entries from the Table Games Dealer, based on the list of qualifying hands below:
Blackjack – Any blackjack hand receives 1 entry, and 1 entry for any winning side bet (Player Pairs,  Bust’N Loose & Push Your Luck)
Bahama Bonus – Any blackjack hand receives 1 entry, any winning “Match the Dealer” receives 1 entry
Roulette 0 & 00 – 1 entry for each active player at the table when 0-00 hits
TCP – 1 entry for any winning Pair Plus bet.
UTH – 1 entry for any winning Trips bet.
Pai Gow (does not have to be played in high hand) – 1 entry for 3 of a kind or better and 1 entry for winning Ace High Bet
Mini-Baccarat – 1 entry for any side bet that wins
Free-Bet – Any blackjack hand receives 1 entry, and 1 entry for any winning side bet (Push 22 and Bust ‘N Loose)
Double Up– Any blackjack hand receives 1 entry, and 1 entry for any winning side bet (Push 16 and Bust’ N Loose.)
Mississippi Stud – 1 entry for pairs, or better
Craps – 1 Entry for any winning prop bet. (craps, yo, c&e, horn, horn high, horn low, 2,3,11,12 or any 7) Prop bets located in center of table and are 1 roll bets.
C4P – 1 entry for any winning Queens Up bet.

BETTING MULTIPLIERS:

$49 and under – earn 1x posted entry
$50 and over – earn 2x posted entries

DOUBLE ENTRIES:

On each Monday, at all properties, Double Entries will be issued for each of the above listed qualifying hands.
ACCRM & ACCPS – Tuesday – Friday, 10AM – 2PM; Double Entries will be issued for each of the above listed qualifying hands.
ACCCC – Tuesday – Friday, 12PM – 2PM; Double Entries will be issued for each of the above listed qualifying hands.
Qualifying winning bets must be $5 or more unless it’s on Craps.
Drawing entries earned at one Casino cannot be used/deposited in the drawing barrel for another Casino’s Drawing. Drawing entries must be deposited in the drawing barrel in the Casino at which they were earned. 

DRAWING AND DRAWING ENTRY RULES:

ACCCC’s weekly drawing barrel will be located at the end of the Table Games Pit between tables 104 & 105 and drawings will take place from the Center Promotional area. ACCPS’ weekly drawing barrel will be located near the ACE Players Club on the Casino Floor and drawings will take place from the ACE Players Club. ACCRM’s weekly drawing barrel will be located in front of 360 Sports & High Limit Room and drawings will take place from the promotional area next to the barrel. All drawing barrels will be located under ACGC camera surveillance.

Participants may begin earning drawing entries and placing them in the drawing barrel beginning Monday, May 1, 2023 at 12:01AM through Friday, June 30, 2023 the time of the drawing.

The drawing barrel will close at each respective drawing. A Special Events Coordinator (or above) will select one (1) drawing entry from the drawing barrel for each drawing time. In the event that we must re-open the drawing barrel to re-draw for a new winner, no new additional drawing entries will be accepted during the re-drawing process.

The drawing barrel will be utilized for all drawings throughout the promotional period.

Drawing entries are preprinted on safety paper, numbered sequentially with space provided for the player to print their name and Player #ID. Drawing entries will be distributed to qualified players by a Table Game Dealer (or above). 

Winners will be announced throughout the Casino and will have three (3) minutes to report to the drawing area. For any of the participants selected, those that do not arrive in the allotted time will forfeit their participation in the winner selection process for that drawing timeframe. Marketing and/or Player Development Department and/or Table Games Department personnel will mark the expired entry “no show” or “ineligible winner” with time, signature, and gaming license number on the entry, and will mark the “Play Like a Pro” Winners Log as “no show” or “ineligible winner” with time, signature, and gaming license number on the log, which will be held in file for audit purposes.

All drawing promotions shall have a 30-minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.

In the event that a participant does not arrive within the allotted time frame, we will re-draw for a new winner.

ACE Players Club members can only win once per property per promotional drawing day during weekly and preliminary drawings.

ACE Players Club members can only win one Grand Finale Prize between the three casino properties.

Transfer of the drawing entries is strictly prohibited, and players must utilize them solely as assigned upon issuance.

GENERAL RULES:

Must be 21 year or older to participate.

Must be an ACE Club member to participate.
Restricted players are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
“Agents” are not authorized to participate on behalf of the invited patron nor collect any awards on behalf of the invited patron.
Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.
Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of Agua Caliente Casinos. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club brochures.
 Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use. 
Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.
Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).
Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct mail letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.

Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (if applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, and its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

For each winner selected, an authorized representative of the promotional event will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date and time of the promotion, winner’s name, winner’s ACE Player’s Club number and the award or prize won, along with the authorized representative’s signature and gaming license number. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.

The Winners Release Form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) authorized representative of the promotional event, and one (1) additional signature for verification, completed by an authorized representative of the promotional event. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.

Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards.).  Winners must also show their ACE Players Club Card to claim a prize.

All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Internal Controls for Player Disputes.

All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

The Grand Finale Drawing Winner will have 24 hours to choose one (1) of the below listed options for their prize. Each Casino location will provide winners with a designated contact person and winner’s letter.  Winners are to respond via e-mail, by phone or in person within 24 hours of the drawing to select their prize option.

If the Grand Finale Drawing winner does not choose their prize option within the 24-hour period allotted, they will forfeit their prize. There will not be another drawing for a new winner.
 

In the event that the Grand Finale Drawing winner selects the cash option the winner will be paid at the Main Cage. 
 

Non-Negotiable Chip Grand Prize will be paid out via a voucher issued to the winner that is then redeemed at the Main Cashier Cage. Non-Negotiable Chip vouchers expire 24 hours after issuance.
A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
