Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM) will host The Indy Car Driver Meet & Greet on March 19, 2025. The event shall be open to the general public and invited ACE Club members (hereinafter referred to as VIPs). The Meet & Greet is free to attend. Invited VIPs will be extended a complimentary $100 Free Slot Play offer. In addition, all who attend the Meet & Greet will be entered to win one (1) pair of Thermal Indy Car Race Tickets (valued at $950 USD). General Public will be notified of the Meet & Greet via websites, property signage, and/or social media. Qualified VIPs will receive an invite based upon average daily theoretical win or average daily theoretical win/loss or annual theoretical win or annual win/loss and markets in which they live and total number of visits, and will be invited via telemarketing by and RSVP with a Player Development Specialist (or above).

IndyCar Driver Meet & Greet

Dates/Times: Wednesday, March 19, 2025 from 4:00PM to 7:00PM.

Dates/Time: Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 7:15PM

Location: ACE Club at ACCRM

VIP Check-In:  

·      VIPs who RSVP will be instructed by the Player Development Specialist (or above), to pick up a VIP Lanyard at the Prim Rose Host Office with a Player Development Team Member, on March 19, 2025, prior to the event start.

·      VIP check-in for the IndyCar Drivers Meet & Greet event will be held inside the ACCRM 360 Sports Bar at 4:00PM on March 19, 2025, with a Marketing or Player Development representative.

·      A Marketing or Player Development representative will check each VIP’s name against the invitee list to have their status verified.

·      Upon verification of their status, the complimentary $100 Free Slot Play offer shall be awarded to each VIP’s Patron Management account by a Marketing or Player Development representative.  

Thermal Indy Car Race Tickets Giveaway:

·      General Public and invited VIPs (both hereinafter referred to as guests) who attend the Meet & Greet will be entered into a drawing, to win one (1) pair of tickets to the Thermal Indy Car Race.

·      After completing the Meet & Greet, a Marketing representative will give each person a “carnival style” drawing ticket upon exiting the Meet & Greet.

o   One (1) ticket stub will be given to the guest and the matching ticket stub will be placed in a drawing barrel located at the check-in table, by the Marketing representative.

o   Guests must present their ticket stub in order to claim a prize.

·      At 7:15PM a Marketing representative with an additional authorized Marketing representative serving as witness, will draw four (4) drawing tickets from the drawing barrel, awarding one (1) pair of tickets to the Thermal Indy Car Race to each winner.

·      Winners drawn from the drawing barrel at ACCRM 360 Sports Bar and will be announced from the ACE Club at ACCRM, by a Marketing representative.

·      Winners will have twenty-four (24) hours to claim from the ACE Club with a Marketing representative.

·      Winners must be or become an ACE Club member to claim a prize. Guests will be made aware of this when receiving raffle tickets.

·      Any prizes not claimed after twenty-four (24) hours will be forfeited and no replacement winners drawn.

BARREL DRAWING AND RAFFLE TICKET RULES: 

1.     Raffle tickets will consist of “carnival style” tickets. Each ticket has two (2) ticket stubs, containing an identical printed ticket number. 

2.     For the duration of the event the drawing barrel will be located at the promotional area inside ACCRM 360 Sports Bar. Upon receiving raffle ticket(s), the ticket stub will be separated. One stub being placed into the drawing barrel by a Marketing representative, the other being given to the guest who participated.

3.     Raffle Winners do not need to be present to win. 

4.     Raffle winners may only win once (1) during the 7:15PM drawing. Once a drawing ticket has been chosen, it will not be returned to the drawing barrel. 

5.     Winners must be or become an ACE Club member to claim their prize.

6.     Only guests who have completed the Meet & Greet, on the promotional day, will qualify to receive a raffle ticket. 

7.     Raffle ticket holders may only win one (1) time during the drawing. The ticket will be paper clipped to the Winners Log for verification.

8.     At 7:15PM, the drawing barrel will close. Raffle drawing will take place at 7:15PM. A Marketing representative with an additional authorized Marketing representative serving as witness, will pull four (4) raffle tickets, one (1) at a time, four (4) winners in total.  

9.     Winners will be announced from the ACE Club at ACCRM. Winners will have twenty-four (24) hours to claim their prize at the ACE Club with a Marketing representative. Winners who do not claim on March 19, 2025 at the ACCRM ACE Club, winners shall have until 7:15PM on March 20, 2025 to claim their prize at the ACCRM ACE Club with a Marketing representative. If a winner has not claimed within the time limit, no replacement winner will be drawn.

10.  Winner verification will consist of matching the printed number on each of the two (2) ticket stubs (one (1) ticket stub drawn from barrel and one (1) ticket stub presented by the guest) to ensure the numbers are identical. There will be an added line to the Winners Log for a Marketing representative to write down the ticket stub number.

a.     The Raffle ticket holder is responsible for their portion of the raffle ticket stub. Loss or damage of the ticket that prevents verification shall result in the inability to claim a prize.

11.  Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (if applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

12.  The Winner’s Release Form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) authorized Marketing representative, and one (1) additional signature of an authorized Marketing representative for verification.  Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.

13.  For each award or prize won, an authorized Marketing representative will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date and time of the promotion, winner’s name, the winner’s ACE Club number, raffle ticket number, and the award or prize won. The representative will sign the log with name and gaming license number attesting to the prize distribution. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.   

14.  Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize. 

GENERAL RULES:

1.     Guests are not required to be 21+ to attend the event, however, guests under 18 must be chaperoned by an adult (21 years or older).

2.     Offer may be extended to include individuals within the Player Development Prospective Player Database. The invited guest will be required to enroll in the ACE Club program to participate. The name(s) of the guest(s) for additional spots filled for this promotion by Player Development will be added to the guest/attendee list.

3.     Invited VIPs will be extended a complimentary $100 Free Slot Play offer.

4.     Invited VIPs and Drawing Winners must be or become an ACE Club member to claim the VIP Free Slot Play Offer or to claim a prize.

5.     Restricted players are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

6.     Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued Gaming license are not eligible to participate.

7.     Ace, Edge, or Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club brochures.

8.     Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

9.     Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

10.  The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

11.  Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.

12.  Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.

13.  Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.

14.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.

15.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

16.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1- 800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino. 

17.  Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:

o   $1 – $100 – Expires 24 hours 

18.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

19.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
